General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Learns It Was Mason Who Carly Clocked Over The Head — And He Could Finish The Job

General Hospital spoilers claim Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) might not have been at the PCPD to rescue Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), but let’s be honest — he would’ve been had she given him the chance.

Having learned very little about what happened at the bar and who Carly, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), and Eddie Maine (Wally Kurth) got entangled with, Sonny wasn’t concerned about anything apart from getting Carly home that night.

But when he discovers the man Carly clobbered over the head was actually Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey), it could up the stakes of the game they’ve been playing.

Will Sonny react out of anger and do Mason in before they have time to follow him back to his leader?

General Hospital Spoilers — Carly Spencer Doesn’t Need Rescuing

Carly has been pretty consistent in her messaging. Loud and clear: she doesn’t want Sonny’s help. It’s too bad he’s so accustomed to dismissing her feelings and doing whatever makes him feel most in control.

Carly is happy that she and Sonny have reached an amicable space where they can be mostly happy for one another and move on with their lives, but every time he comes back around to help her out, she knows he’s up to his old tricks.

Sure, there’s nothing nefarious about wanting to help her out, but she knows it comes with strings — even if those strings are her voluntarily letting herself feel indebted to the guy.

GH Spoilers – Spill Sonny Corinthos  Can’t Upset This Delicate Balancing Act

Sonny needs Mason — alive — to follow him back to his mysterious boss, but he will also be out for blood when he learns it was Mason who accosted Olivia and took a blow to the head thanks to Carly.

When Mason realizes it was Sonny’s ex-wife that laid into the back of his cranium, he won’t hesitate to go after her. Will Sonny cut his game of cat and mouse with Mason and Ava Jerome (Maura West) short if it means rescuing Carly from potential harm?

General Hospital Spoilers — Ava Jerome Isn’t Playing

Ava isn’t going to be happy when she learns of Carly’s newfound connection to Mason either. She knows Sonny all too well, and he won’t have to act on his concerns for Ava to know what he’s thinking.

Going after Mason would blow their whole plan to smithereens, and she can’t risk that right now — especially not when Mason is allegedly hanging onto Nikolas Cassadine’s (Adam Huss) body.
