Lily Thunderstruck By CW New Investor– Mamie Takes Charge?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will be stunned to learn that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) sold his Chancellor Winters shares to an unknown buyer. It puts Lily and Devon Winters (Bryton James) in panic mode as they fear Victor could have sold his shares to Tucker McCall (Trevor St John).

Lily learns that Victor sold his shares during the week of September 18. She tells Devon that someone bought Victor’s share, but she has no clue about the buyer. Devon is stunned to learn that juicy tidbit. They wonder why Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) didn’t tell them about the purchase.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Devon and Lily assume that Jill knows the identity of the new shareholder.

They fear that Tucker bought the shares, considering he is sitting on a stack of cash and wanted to buy a large amount of shares when he came to Genoa City.

The Winters siblings soon learn that Tucker had nothing to do with it. His focus is taking over Jabot, not Chancellor- Winters.

Devon feels confident that his dad is not the new shareholder. That leaves them stumped on who could have purchased such a large amount of shares.

Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) returns to Genoa City during the week of September 18. She tells Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) that she is in town on business.

It becomes clear that Mamie is likely the new shareholder.

Considering their longstanding feud, the part that doesn’t make sense to Lily is why Jill would authorize Mamie to buy such a large share of Chancellor-Winters.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Lily discovers that Jill had no idea Victor sold his Chancellor-Winters shares. When they learn the identity of the new shareholder, it stuns everyone –including Jill.

Mamie reveals she purchased the shares to protect Neil Winters’ (Kristoff St John) legacy. She didn’t want Victor to have a controlling stake in the company.

It will bring Mamie back on the show on a semi-regular basis.
