With Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) getting hitched in the days ahead, this will likely spark Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) to rush to the altar, too. But will Eric make a quick decision, only to backtrack?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Yes, No, Maybe So …

DOOL spoilers for the week of November 6th note that Eric will make an impulsive decision.

The Days winter preview video does show him and Sloan gearing up to say “I do”; however, this is the land of daytime drama where no wedding goes off without a hitch or two.

Who’s to say that Eric doesn’t have second thoughts? He may be ready to make the commitment and then back out at the last minute, whether that’s because of instinct or “cold feet”.

He may tell the lawyer that he doesn’t want to break up with her but feels like he may have “rushed” things in the wedding department.

Sloan will obviously fluff it all off and be understanding, but deep down inside, she’ll be completely shaken by it all.

DOOL Spoilers – Shaken Sloan Petersen Agrees To Baby Switch Plan Out Of Desperation

Knowing that Nicole is carrying Eric’s baby and married to EJ, Sloan will feel gut-punched when Eric backs out of the wedding. Still, the duo will likely be committed to adopting a baby if the process is underway.

After all, had she not miscarried, Sloan would still be pregnant and the two would still be bonded through their offspring; marriage or not.

Somehow, some way, Sloan and Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) will be in Nicole’s orbit when she delivers, and they’ll have the opportunity to snatch her baby.

As per the Days winter preview, Trask will come up with the idea, and it looks like Petersen will be on board.

This seems like an outrageous move for a woman who was able to secure a marriage with the man that she loves.

Still, if Eric backs out of their nuptials, Sloan would be desperate enough to steal Nicole’s baby and pass it off as an adopted child, knowing she’s secured her future with Eric. Who needs a marriage license when you have a baby?
