General Hospital spoilers hint Blair Cramer (Kassie DePaiva) is headed to Port Charles as part of a story arc that remains to be seen.

Word on the street is that Blair is going to crossover with Martin ‘Marty’ Grey’s (Michael E. Knight) past. It could be that she’s his infamous third ex-wife, but many fans are hoping to find out they’re not even divorced.

Wouldn’t that drive Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) to a fevered pitch? But fans are curious whether Blair’s trip will be all about business, or if any of her family members could end up in tow…such as Starr Manning (Kristen Alderson).

Now that would make our eyes widen!

We could see Blair being involved with Marty, but it wouldn’t make much sense to claim she was in the beauty industry after years of being in publishing.

So we hope her crossover here has more to do with his entanglements with their marriage than it does The Deceptor.

Of course, if Blair heads to town to meet with Jackson ‘Jack’ Montgomery and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), we’ll be all eyes and ears.

But Blair isn’t the only Cramer girl who ever toyed with a Port Chuck man’s heart. Enter, Starr.

Back in the day, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Starr got off on the complete wrong foot. But fate intervened and they ended up hooking up and trying to make a go of a real relationship with each other — that is, until Starr dumped him from across the country when she said she was never coming back from Los Angeles.

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Todd Manning (Roger Howarth) were never a fan of Starr and Michael as a couple anyway, but Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Blair weren’t as difficult to deal with as their fathers.

Should Blair’s emergence in Port Charles bring Starr back to town, too, it could cause some waves for Michael and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen).
