The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) finally has some hope for the future again now that he’s reconnected with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) in the bedroom. It was a big moment for the exes – one that neither Adam nor Sally regrets.

The morning after, Adam suggested meeting up for dinner later, but Sally turned him down for now.

Sally is still trying to unpack what happened with Adam and make sense of all this, so Adam seemed fine with being patient.

However, it looks like Sally is finally starting to accept that she wants Adam and not Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).

Regardless, Nick dumped Sally and doesn’t seem like he’s going to budge on a reunion anytime soon.

Y&R spoilers say Sally’s only path forward may be Adam – at least if she’s hoping to move forward with a Newman brother!

Fortunately, Sally indeed seems to want Adam, even if her brain is struggling to catch up to her heart.

There are a lot of fears and doubts to conquer, but Sally may take more steps toward a future with Adam before long.

Of course, that means Sally will need to accept Adam’s dinner invitation along with other invites.

Dating Adam again and ultimately taking their relationship public won’t be easy, but Sally can’t hide forever.

When Nick caught Adam coming downstairs at the GCAC recently, he assumed his brother was returning from a failed attempt to win Sally over.

Little does Nick know Adam’s already landed back in bed with Sally!

Nick broke up with Sally because of her lingering feelings for Adam, so he shouldn’t be surprised that she’s already drifting back together with him.

Assuming that things stay on track with Sally and Adam’s reunion, there’ll inevitably be a moment of realization for Nick at some point.

It’s easy to imagine a situation where Nick accidentally crashes Adam and Sally’s night out.

Nick may find himself feeling jealous over Sally going public with Adam once he realizes things have progressed.

It was Nick’s decision to let Sally go, but it’s still going to sting when Nick realizes he’s truly the loser of this love triangle.
