TV Season & Spoilers has been reporting from early 2023 that Camila Banus is all set to bid goodbye as Gabi on Days of Our Lives. However, despite the many months that have gone by in between, no news ever surfaced about what would lead her off the canvas. The makers really did succeed in keeping a tight lid on the matter. Now the latest spoilers for the upcoming week have given us a sneak peek on the build up for Gabi’s exit from the long-running Peacock soap. But what’s more shocking is that it entwines with actor Remington Hoffman’s shock exit!

Those who tuned into the November 2, 2023, episode of Days of Our Lives, have already seen the prelude to the upcoming mega disaster! Stefan and Gabi pushed Li into a corner and duped him into signing off his DiMera shares to them. Feeling betrayed, Li swore that Gabi will regret double-crossing him like that. Now, in the upcoming episodes, the spoilers reveal that Stefan will find Gabi beside Li’s lifeless body, holding a bloody knife.

Later, Wendy will stumble upon her brother’s deceased body on Days of Our Lives. Following which she will swear to avenge her brother’s death. From our understanding of decoding spoilers, it seems that Li might decide to confront Gabi and a scuffle will lead to his accidental death. Thus, marking the end of actor Remington Hoffman’s run on the soap. Gabi will try to wash her hands off the crime, but at this point it seems unlikely. The spoilers reveal that Rafe will give her and Stefan some updates on her legal troubles.

Is This Really The End For Them on Days of Our Lives?

It seems that Gabi will be going to prison soon. Giving her a clean exit from Days of Our Lives. Now, considering that no death has been teased for Gabi, there is still a fair chance that she might return to the fold at a later date. Either still being portrayed by Camila, or by a recast! Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for Li’s character. Head Writer Ron Carlivati told Soap Opera News that Li’s death was a demand of the storyline, and that he has had a great time writing the character so far.

Li and Gabi have had a great run on Days of Our Lives. In their storylines that entwined with each other, and also the stand alone ones. Honetsly, both of them will be heavily missed.
