General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, August 22, reveal that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will have a lot to say at his next AA meeting, which Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will also attend. Finn will assume Alexis heard his share in the aftermath, so she’ll admit she heard him loud and clear.
Of course, Finn and Alexis will have a lot to talk about now that they both know the truth about Gregory Chase’s (Gregory Harrison) illness. Alexis will want to be there for Finn just like she’s been there for Gregory, so he’ll no doubt appreciate the support.
Meanwhile, Gregory will have an appointment with his physician, Dr. Bronson (Jeffrey Stubblefield). TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will also pop up at some point, so Gregory will talk to his medical team about needing all the help he can get.
GH spoilers say Gregory will face some tough medical updates regarding his ALS on Tuesday’s episode. It’ll be hard for Gregory to face the reality of his decline, but at least he was honest with Finn and will have someone else to lean on.
Next, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will reach out to someone in need. Now that Willow can finally leave her bubble at the Quartermaine gatehouse, she’ll make the most of it by offering a helping hand.
At the PCPD, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will express concern about Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) lies. The reason for Valentin’s deception will baffle Dante, but Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will think this has something to do with Pikeman.
Although Dante will likely urge Anna to step back from the case and the danger, she’ll refuse to let him take away the one thing she has left. All that’s keeping Anna going right now is this mystery and her determination to get to the bottom of who’s been targeting her.
Once Ava Jerome (Maura West) corners Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) for more reassurance, he’ll promise everything is under control.
That explanation won’t be good enough for Ava, who’ll demand details on how Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey), Betty Rutherford (Ella Lentini) and the boss are being handled.
During a visit to Pentonville, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will express concern over Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) getting himself tangled up with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
Carly will wish Drew had just walked away, but Drew is a good guy who couldn’t let Cyrus suffer despite his twisted history.
Unfortunately, that means Drew is now caught up in Cyrus’ web and on the bad side of his enemies as well. By the end of this conversation, Carly will definitely be terrified for Drew since his safety is at risk.
Finally, Austin and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will join forces to help a patient on Tuesday’s show, so that could be Jake Webber (Hudson West) since he’s set to make a return appearance this week.
