Survival Message, Medical Crisis, Wedding Bumped Up and Secret Meeting

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, September 18 to September 29, reveal that the action’s about to heat up in Port Charles. During the week of September 18-22, Blair Cramer (Kassie DePaiva) will deliver a serious warning to Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) since he stole The Deceptor idea from her and isn’t going to get away with it!

Meanwhile, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will fret over the menacing message in Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) suite and may work to get to the bottom of who’s behind it.

Could the security footage from that hotel floor lead to any revelations?

Valentin will have a hard time believing what he’s seeing, so that could point to a shocking culprit on the surveillance video.

It’d be quite the twist if Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) was behind the latest incident and working to push Anna out of her papa’s life.

However, there’s an actual threat that’s still out there somewhere. Anna may also have to be admitted to the hospital if her drink was drugged, so there could be multiple forces at work with different agendas.

Over with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he’ll want Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) to proceed with caution.

Sonny may worry about the target on his back spilling over and causing trouble for Dex, too.

Next, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will rip into Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) with everything she’s got.

There’ll be a major family feud going on, but Tracy will stick to her goals when it comes to her plot with Blair.

Other GH spoilers say Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will have a special request for Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen), but that’ll mean tangling her up in criminal activity since this will presumably involve helping Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).

As for Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), they’ll be full of excitement as they look forward to their Manhattan getaway and first time making love.

There’ll also be some fantastic news for Molly Lansing-Davis (Brooke Anne Smith) to celebrate with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow), so Andrea Gates (Lily Anne Harrison) should officially be pregnant following her procedure to become their surrogate.

Since Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) is going to make a new pal, could it be Andrea that she connects with?

That’d be another surefire way to rile Molly up!

At Pentonville, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will become a target now that he’s helping Sonny, so it seems Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will try to take him out.

During the week of September 25-29, Sonny will rush to the hospital and voice his remorse, so that could be for dragging Drew into a situation that could’ve resulted in his demise.

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will spin out as she blasts both Sonny and Ava Jerome (Maura West), so there’ll be some heated moments.

Back with Valentin, he’ll reveal an exciting surprise. Could that involve the vacant house that Valentin visited – the one Anna assumed was a meeting spot for something shady?

Valentin might actually be in the process of buying that house, so he may pitch the idea of living there with Anna and Charlotte.

Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will give Anna some encouragement soon after, so she may use him as a sounding board as she wrestles with whether to accept Valentin’s offer.

Jake Webber (Hudson West) will also confess something, so could he be in cahoots with Charlotte on her potential plot against Anna?

That’s an option to consider, but it’s possible Jake will simply open up to someone about his crush and what Charlotte means to him.

Across town, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) will be in panic mode once Sasha and Sam put a plan in motion.

Unfortunately, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) may have to make some other arrests before Gladys and Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) go down.

Cody and Sasha will both blow their tops, but Mac Scorpio (John J. York) will offer reassurance when it comes to getting everything worked out.

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will deal with some concerns, so even Willow could get caught up in some legal drama after assisting Cody and Sasha.

Elsewhere, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and “Eddie Maine” aka Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) connection will deepen. There’ll be a spark-filled moment that could lead to a kiss or at least a close call.

Back with Cyrus, he’ll have an important meeting. That could involve delivering some troubling orders regarding Ava since she’s set to get a visitor she doesn’t want!

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is finally back in GH spoilers, which indicate that she’ll realize something significant.

Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) recently headed for Europe with the intention of proving to Laura that he’s alive, but he doesn’t want to actually see her.

That means Nikolas will have to find another way to alert Laura to his survival, so we’ll see exactly how he delivers that message.

Finally, Sonny will have a heartfelt conversation with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), which will likely lead to them bumping up their wedding timeline.
