General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, September 8, reveal that “Eddie Maine” aka Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will let Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda) tag along for a recording session, so Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will appreciate the attention “Eddie” is giving him.
Of course, watching and listening to “Eddie” make music could lead to Olivia falling a little more in love with that version of him.
Although Olivia would prefer to have the real Ned back, she’s learning to open heart to “Eddie,” too.
At Ferncliff, Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) will demand to know what’s going on now that he’s caught Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) trying to break Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) out of there.
Cody will confront Dr. Montague over the intense drugs he’s been giving Sasha, but Dr. Montague could easily turn that syringe on Cody next!
Once Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) meets up with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), he’ll confide how guilty he feels for not being able to protect Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
In fact, Dex will fear he made things worse by discarding the flash drive fragments in a public trash can instead of burning them.

Dex will kick himself for that and wonder how he could be so careless when it came to Sonny’s freedom, but Josslyn will comfort him as they await news.
Next on Friday’s GH episode, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will drop by Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) beach house to see how Curtis’ recovery is going.
That’ll lead to Portia stepping outside with Anna and lashing out over the visit.
Portia will ask what makes Anna think it was a good idea to come.
Since it’s believed that Anna may have been the intended target at the pool that day, Portia might insist Anna is at least partially to blame for Curtis’ struggles now.
However, Portia probably couldn’t make Anna feel any worse about Curtis’ situation than she already does!
Anna will offer a heartfelt apology and should agree to leave if that’s what Portia wants.
Meanwhile, Curtis will be sick of everyone coddling him, so he’ll warn Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) that it has to stop.
If Curtis finds out Portia is trying to keep Anna away, he might insist on talking to Anna and offering reassurance.
It’s not like Anna paralyzed Curtis herself, so he might acknowledge that she’d never do anything to intentionally put him in harm’s way.
Across town, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will give Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) some tough love and some helpful guidance.
Ava will think Nina needs to face the reality of being in love with a mob boss, especially since she’s set to marry Sonny in the not-too-distant future.
General Hospital spoilers say Nina will have to decide if she can deal with all the mob drama, so stay tuned for updates on her next move.
