General Hospital Recap: Tuesday, November 7 – Nina Races to Comfort Valentin – Anna Learns Charlotte’s Fate

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, November 7, reveals that Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) came to GH the morning after Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) horrible ordeal.

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) delivered the news that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) shot Charlotte after she snuck in her apartment, but he couldn’t bring himself to get the details from Anna.

Since Valentin was an emotional wreck and didn’t even know where Charlotte’s body was injured, Kevin and Laura went off to seek information for him.

At Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) place, Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) woke up and found Anna there since she needed a place to stay last night.

Anna tearfully gave Nina updates on what happened to Charlotte, so Nina raced to the hospital and gave Valentin a hug. Valentin wondered how Nina knew to come there, so she admitted Anna stayed at Sonny’s penthouse last night.

Although Valentin blamed himself for not telling Anna the stalker truth right away, Nina felt like there was plenty of blame to go around.

Valentin also thought back to the security footage, but Nina acted like there was no sense in bringing that up since it had been deleted.

After Valentin worried his daughter would be gone too, Nina insisted Charlotte was a fighter and pushed Valentin to believe she’d pull through.

Back with Sonny, he tried to assure Anna that what happened was an accident, but Anna insisted it’d be her fault if Charlotte didn’t make it.

Sonny reflected on the time he shot Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) before he knew Dante was his son and understood what the shock of that realization was like.

Anna battled regrets over dismissing Sonny’s bodyguard and being reckless enough to act before truly assessing the situation. However, Sonny offered a pep talk and pushed Anna to try prayer since it helped him.

At the hospital again, Kevin warned Laura that Charlotte’s emotional recovery would be harder than her physical recovery, but Laura would never give up on her granddaughter.

After speaking with the surgical coordinator, Kevin delivered news to Valentin and Nina about Charlotte receiving a single gunshot wound to the abdomen.

Later, the surgeon came down from the OR with information on Charlotte, so Valentin asked if his little girl was going to make it.

At Sonny’s place, he got a phone call from Nina about Charlotte getting out of surgery and smiled at Anna. Sonny revealed that Charlotte was going to be OK, so Anna gasped with relief.

At The Invader, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) sought Gregory Chase’s (Gregory Harrison) help with an ethical issue of whether she was obligated to report on Charlotte’s incident.

It involved members of Alexis’ family, so that made things complicated. Nevertheless, Alexis decided she had to report on this anyway – though she said she wouldn’t mention names since Charlotte was a minor.

At the PCPD, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) spoke to Dante, Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) about what happened to Charlotte in Anna’s apartment.

Dante talked about Jake Webber (Hudson West) mentioning that Charlotte had a key to getting everything she wanted and was determined to find out what that meant.

Since Anna wasn’t expecting Charlotte to be there and was defending her own property, she hopefully wasn’t facing legal charges.

Robert brought Dante, Jordan and Mac up to speed on the vengeful WSB agent that Anna had actually been expecting when she drew her weapon.

On Dante’s way out, he got some info on what was found in Charlotte’s backpack and looked pensive.

At Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) penthouse, she was thrilled when Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) showed up at her door and informed her that he was a free man.

Drew gave Alexis credit and spoke to Sam about Charlotte’s ordeal before Scout Cain (Cosette Abinate) woke up.

Scout was delighted once she finally came downstairs and reunited with her dad.

Drew assured Scout that his prison sentence was really over and wanted her to get dressed so she could help him with something important.

Back at The Invader, Alexis was surprised to see Scout, who admitted she had an even bigger surprise for her. Drew appeared and thanked Alexis for her role in helping him score his freedom, so that led to a group hug.

At the police station again, Jordan told Mac and Robert that they all had close relationships with Anna.

Dante was too connected to Anna as well, so Jordan suggested bringing in an outside investigator to avoid any suspicions about a cover-up.

Once Dante made it home to Sam, he heard about Drew’s prison release and hinted about a theory on Charlotte.

Dante mentioned that there was red spray paint in Charlotte’s backpack, which was just like the paint on Anna’s house before it burned down.

At the boxing gym, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) worked out with Devon (Victor Clarke), a man that he met at his physical rehab facility.

Devon helped Curtis understand the importance of moving forward by opening up to loved ones and really letting them in.

General Hospital spoilers say Curtis will do his best to take a more honest approach with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) soon, so stay tuned.
