The Young and the Restless Week of September 11 Preview: Nikki Threatens & Insults Adam - Sally Hears Plot Details

The Young and the Restless preview video for the week of September 11 to September 15 shows Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) issuing a “misery” threat to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Fans will also see Adam promising Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) that he has a plan.

Adam also assures Sally that he is really close to making everything come together. Despite Adam’s best intentions, could this blow up in his face? Or could he actually win this time?

Y&R Newman Family Complications

Y&R spoilers for the week of September 11 reveal that the preview clip begins with Nikki and Adam having a tense conversation. Despite Adam being Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden), Nikki has never accepted him.

Of course, the sins of Adam’s past can’t be erased. At the same time, Adam saved Faith Newman’s (Reylynn Caster) life by donating his own kidney to the college student.

Despite that – as well as saving Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) – Nikki has never and probably never will give Adam a chance.

Y&R Spoilers: Nikki Newman’s Threat

In the preview video for the week of September 11, Nikki informs Adam that he is tearing the entire family apart.

Adam denies this and questions why he would do such a thing. Of course, Nikki tries to be patient as she explains that destroying things is just what Adam does.

Then, Nikki tells Adam that he has 24 hours to drop his mysterious scheme against Victor.

If Adam doesn’t, then Nikki promises that he will regret it for the rest of his “miserable” life.

Sally Spectra’s Uncertainty

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that the only person who seems to still be standing by Adam is Sally.

Even though Sally is with Nick, she can’t help but try to be there for her former flame. Adam says with pride and optimism that he has a plan.

With Sally having a questioning look on her face, Adam promises that he’s really close to making it happen. It’s not clear if Adam is trying to convince Sally of this or himself.

With Sally trying to be there for Adam, this will just infuriate Nick. Victor’s scheme is also rattling Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).

There is a good chance that everything will blow up in Adam’s face just as it usually does.

However, some fans are hoping that Adam will actually be successful this time. If Adam really does prove himself by working from the bottom up, it could give him a sense of pride and respect.

That could turn Adam from a villain into a hero for the family… only if he’s given a real chance to do so, though. Nikki, Nick and Victoria just might make that impossible.
