Nick Violently Assaults Adam Over Sally Remark

The Young and the Restless preview video for the week of August 28 reveals that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) makes another CEO demand. In a new preview clip, Adam tries to persuade Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to give him the top spot amid the merger. However, Adam also makes a comment to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), which leads to the brothers having a violent brawl.

Victor Newman’s Dangerous Game

Y&R spoilers for the week of August 28 reveal that Victor has been debating over how to deal with his children as well as the merger situation.

Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) gave Victor a warning. Nikki doesn’t like how this family situation is going to end. However, Victor will do what he thinks is best, as usual.

As the rivalry and resentment simmers between Adam and Nick, Victor fans the flames.

In the weekly preview video, Adam tells Victor that he deserves a seat at the table.

Of course, Adam is referring to the battle over the merger and who is exactly in charge.

Although Adam, Nick and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) are partners, Victor and Nikki debated over how to keep the troubled Newman in line.

Adam is tired of always having a babysitter. Adam feels that he is just as entitled to the top position as Nick or even Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).

That is when Nick reminds Victor that Adam has brought them all nothing but suffering and pain.

Nice Guys Finish Last

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of August 28 reveal that Adam responds to Nick’s criticism.

Adam admits that he can be smug and arrogant. However, Adam tells Nick and Victor that is how to win in life.

Adam isn’t just talking about the CEO position, though.

Adam then tells Nick that “nice guys finish last.” Then, Adam looks at Victor, who winks at his scheming son.

Clearly, Adam uses Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) to get a reaction out of Nick.

The comment works and Nick’s fists clench tightly. Still seated on the sofa, Nick’s face contorts and twists with fury. Then, Nick leaps up and punches Adam right in the face. So, what is Victor going to do now?!
