The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates tease Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) might be so outraged over RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) keeping his grandfather’s secret, he might fire him!

It seemed suspicious to begin with when RJ, who didn’t want to be a designer, suddenly decided to help Eric Forrester (John McCook) design his “grand finale” line-why the sudden turnaround?

RJ’s parents are confused as to why RJ never wanted to carry on the family legacy of designing when Ridge tried to prod him, and yet he helps Eric!

His designs, although he’s going by Eric’s lead and descriptions, are top notch. Ridge thinks there’s more to it but RJ has kept closemouthed about the whole situation.

Then there’s the awkwardness of Eric seeming to think that Ridge is trying to edge him out of the business when he’s not.

Ridge has fired Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) several times out of anger, when Ridge finds out the truth, RJ won’t be immune just because he’s his son!

B & B Spoilers – RJ Forrester Comes Clean To His Mother

RJ is devastated when he finds out that Eric’s illness is terminal-and Eric had kept it a secret because he didn’t want to see his family crying over him, which RJ started to do.

Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) who has become RJ’s close confidant and quickly becoming his girlfriend knows too, and feels helpless to comfort him.

RJ finally comes clean to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) who naturally is devastated as well. It will be Brooke who will deliver the devastating news to Ridge, feeling he has a right to know regardless of Eric’s wishes and RJ’s previous secrecy.

Ridge’s reaction may be one of anger towards RJ, more than compassion for Eric-he’ll feel that RJ keeping this secret for Eric is the same as lying to him!

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester’s Angry And Hurt

Ridge will unsurprisingly, be angry and hurt and looking for someone to blame-he might feel RJ, even though he kept Eric’s secret at Eric’s request, cost him precious time with Eric.

Ridge will have a shocking reaction to RJ keeping this secret, and RJ has been concerned over how his father would react to the devastating news.

Ridge may feel RJ cannot be trusted because he respected his grandfather’s wishes, and boot him right out of Forrester Creations, which will be devastating for RJ and probably Eric!

Ridge will probably hire him back after he gets his hissy fit out and realize RJ was not purposely betraying him. How he’ll react to Eric, however, might be a whole different ball game.
