Monday, August 28 – Brooke Shuts Down Hope & Thomas Reunion – Eric Spills Secret to RJ
The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Monday, August 28, reveal that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) will meet up with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and expect some good news. Brooke was really counting on Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) to soften despite Hope’s mistakes and agree to put their family back together.
Of course, that didn’t happen, so Hope will fill Brooke in on Liam’s lack of forgiveness instead. Liam just can’t get past the make-out session he witnessed between Hope and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) in Rome.
Since Liam can’t even handle Thomas and Hope kissing, she’ll be glad that her soon-to-be former husband doesn’t know she slept with Thomas, too.
As for Brooke, she’ll worry that Hope might boomerang in Thomas’ direction. Brooke won’t think Thomas is good for Hope at all, so she’ll beg her daughter to avoid any kind of romantic connection with him.
Meanwhile, Thomas will show up at Spencer Publications and get pushy with Liam. Although Thomas will pressure Liam to grant Hope the forgiveness she’s seeking, Liam just won’t be able to do that.
Thomas may suspect this is really about Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), but he’ll think Liam’s an idiot for walking away from Hope regardless.
It won’t be long until Thomas decides he’s the man Hope needs, so he’ll realize he has to make a pitch for their reunion.
Next on Monday’s B&B episode, Eric Forrester (John McCook) will have some shocking updates for RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman), who’ll find out Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is disrespecting him and trying to convince him to retire.
RJ will be taken aback over Ridge’s attitude and will side with Grandpa Eric on this. After Eric shares that he’s moving forward with his legacy line idea, RJ will catch him struggling to grip his sketch pencil.
Eric will ultimately admit that he has arthritis, which makes sketching difficult these days. RJ will point out that Eric can do it all on the computer now if he wants, so he’ll offer some tips as they become a design team.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers hint that Eric will ask RJ to keep his arthritis and sketching struggles a secret, so RJ will reluctantly agree.
