Jane Elliot’s latest run as Tracy Quartermaine has come to an end. The character, who resurfaced in Port Charles last April, left town last week for Amsterdam to help put her late husband Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) affairs in order with his sister Bobbie Spencer (the late Jacklyn Zeman). As always, the door has been left open for the actress to return to the soap at a later date.
