Bold and the Beautiful had Hope Logan make up her mind about Deacon Sharpe this week, but Thomas Forrester could hold the key to a fix on the CBS soap.

It’s a long shot, but a while back Matthew Atkinson said that he’d like to see a B&B unresolved storyline finally play out to the end. This is one place where it might work today. B&B could have his character make a risky attempt to reunite the father and daughter.

Bold and the Beautiful: Hope Logan Won’t Make Comparisons with Deacon Sharpe

Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) immediately shut down Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) train of thought this week on B&B. When Deacon started to compare Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) to Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) Hope became indignant.

The Logan daughter was furious that her father dared to compare Thomas to a sadistic psychopath who was incapable of love. She laid it on the line for her dad this week on Bold and the Beautiful. Deacon thought since Hope believes without a doubt that the Forrester son has changed, she might award those same possibilities to her dad’s new love.

But it looks like that won’t happen anytime soon on Bold and Beautiful. Hope Logan made it very clear to a stunned Deacon Sharpe that she would sever their relationship as long as he remained with Sheila. Plus, that went for his grandchildren as well. Unless Deacon Sharpe leaves the murderous woman, Hope declares her kids will also be off-limits to her dad.

B&B Spoilers: Thomas Forrester’s Secret Dirty Deed

Hope Logan thinks there’s no comparison between her lead designer’s past deeds and Sheila’s horrible crimes. Thomas Forrester is a changed man. So, Deacon argues the point that Sheila has changed as well. But his daughter wasn’t buying his comparison on Bold and the Beautiful this week.

But once Thomas gets wind of why the love of his life cannot give her father a chance, he might take matters into his own hands. While Sheila’s deeds have cost lives, Hope believes her lead designer never went that far. But he comes closer than she thinks.

Back in the day, he knew Hope’s newborn baby was alive. But she believed her infant was stillborn, and then something happened. An intern at FC, Emma Barber  (Nia Sioux), found out that several people knew the baby was alive and well, Thomas was one of them. He found out well after Xander Avant and Zoe Buckingham sat on the secret for a while.

And of course, Felony Flo Fulton knew from the jump since she and Dr. Buckingham stole and sold Hope’s baby girl. So, Emma hopped in her car and raced over to Hope Logan’s home to tell her what she learned.

But Thomas was in hot pursuit of Emma that day. So, with him following, she ran off the road and died while texting and speeding. This storyline from Bold and the Beautiful ended with a lot of unknown details. Viewers were never privy to watch what really happened on the screen.

Back then, some wondered if the Forrester son nudged her off the road or if her fast driving caused her to lose control. Later, the show’s producer, Brad Bell, and the man who plays the character, Matthew Atkinson, addressed this in an interview.

Showrunner Bradley Bell said that “Thomas may have been a contributing factor” to events around the intern’s death, he said clearly that Thomas “isn’t responsible for her demise.” He went on to say “there was an intimidation factor, but what happened to Emma was on her.”

Brad Bell specifically mentioned her “texting and driving, not paying attention and driving way too fast on a winding road.” He also admitted that “Thomas could have done more and handled the situation better”.

So, it sounds like they suggest that he’s not to blame for the actual crash. But the last that viewers saw of Thomas Forrester that day was him overlooking her crash site. And he certainly should have dialed 911 and checked on her. So, that may haunt the new and improved Forrester son today.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoiler: Will Thomas Take a Big Risk to Try a Hope-Deacon Fix?

Most characters don’t know that Thomas Forrester was following Emma before her fatal crash on Bold and the Beautiful. But after hearing about the Logan daughter insisting that Sheila was never as dangerous as he was, Thomas Forrester could come clean.

He seems to really have changed. So, maybe he tells Hope Logan his story about Emma. While he might not have rammed into her and caused her death, he was driving too close at the time. Plus, he wasn’t seen on the screen going down to the crash site to check on her condition.

So, Thomas may use this example of how he’s changed so much today. As most people would agree, the new Thomas wouldn’t have done any of that in the first place, starting with keeping the truth about the baby from Hope.

But, he could use the Emma incident to show her how close he got. Plus, he would reinforce that people can change after going that dark.

Still, this may be one huge risk on the part of the Forrester son going forward on Bold and Beautiful. A reveal like this would more than likely mortify Hope. But most of all, it could push her away from Thomas.

However, if she continues to believe Sheila can’t change, this leaves her relationship with her father broken. It also leaves Thomas sitting on evidence, however risky, that people can change.

Thomas loves her so much that he may risk it to see her fix things with her dad on Bold and the Beautiful. After all, she waited years to have a relationship with her father. Thomas Forrester is very close to his parents so, he knows the importance of family.

He also knows that Hope Logan loves both her parents. So, with one of them being Deacon Sharpe, he may do something drastic to fix things on the CBS soap.
