Never mind that fans still haven’t been made privy to the diagnosis—the man’s doctor has spoken, and Eric is not long for this earth.

All of Eric’s loved ones know about Eric’s fate due to his snitchy grandson RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman).

In turn, RJ’s mom, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) has vowed to be there for her baby daddy Ridge, at the same time honoring the code of secrecy; Eric can’t know that they know he’s dying!

Eric and Brooke were once married so she has her own grief to deal with, making her frenemy Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) the perfect person for Ridge to turn to.

Ridge has a habit of boomeranging back and forth between the two women and with Taylor back in town it seems like a sure thing that the love triangle comes back into play.

B&B Spoilers – Are Bridge Over?

Taylor and Ridge have history but most importantly they share son Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) who is involved with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), Brooke’s daughter.

Because of this Taylor will be nattering on to Ridge about how inappropriate this relationship is, which means they will be spending time together.

Since most of LA knows that Eric has 6 months to live, Ridge will feel compelled to tell Taylor so she’s not out of the loop. And that will be a great bonding moment, as Taylor provides a shoulder to cry on.

There was a time not too long ago that Taylor and Brooke were besties, united in their mature adulthood by having vowed to wash Ridge out of their hair forever. That lasted about two minutes before each lady started pining for the hunk—Brooke won.
