The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) may form a backup plan now that she failed to provoke Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) into crossing the line. Li did everything she could to push Sheila over the edge during their recent encounter at Il Giardino – including shoving her face into a pasta dish!

Although Sheila was definitely tempted to retaliate with terrible consequences, she managed to hang onto her self-control.

Sheila made it clear that she has no intention of being baited into doing something that’ll get her sent back to prison.

However, Li might come up with another way to put Sheila back behind bars.

Since John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) hasn’t been able to get Sheila out of the picture yet, Li might decide this is one of those times when Mother knows best!

Of course, we’re talking about the adoptive mother who raised Finn and not his devious bio mom.

Li feels like she’s the only mother who counts and may resolve to save Finn’s marriage for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) by any means necessary.

If Li can’t provoke Sheila into going too far, maybe she’ll just have to set Sheila up to face criminal charges instead.

Maybe Li will frame Sheila for a new crime and hope it puts her back in prison for good this time around.

Li might cook up some bogus proof against Sheila – perhaps even with Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) help since they used to have a connection. Bill owes everyone for his botched plot to put Sheila away for life anyway!

Regardless, Li is desperate to get rid of Sheila and could easily resort to setting her up to take the fall for a crime she didn’t commit.

As long as it ends with Sheila’s arrest and a trip back to jail, Li will be a happy camper.

How far will Li go to make sure Sheila’s incarcerated again? Will Sheila fall into some sort of trap and find herself facing charges for something she didn’t do?
