Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is usually on the receiving end of Carly’s anger, so that might be the case once again.

However, we know Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will ultimately make Carly an offer, which should tie in with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

Drew is being targeted at Pentonville and will face some escalating threats soon enough.

Although Drew isn’t allowed to have visitors right now, it looks like Sonny may be able to pull some strings and make sure Carly sees him anyway.

As for Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), she’ll voice her concerns on Friday’s GH episode.

Sam may get updates on Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) trying to fake mental issues to get committed to Ferncliff and worry about how far he’s taking his mission.

Sam might also admit to Dante Falconceri (Dominic Zamprogna) that she fears another round of conflict is brewing between Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Brooke Anne Smith), who didn’t invite her sister to the party where she announced her new surrogate.

Kristina had to hear about it accidentally from TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) instead, so Kristina will blast Molly on Friday’s show and ask why she’s paying a stranger to have her baby.

Since Kristina already offered to be Molly and TJ’s surrogate, she’ll question why they’re going with someone they don’t even know.

Molly will no doubt have a long list of reasons why and may act like Kristina is making this all about her again.

Over with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), he’ll ask if Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) trusts him.

Anna may not be so sure she does anymore, especially after Dante potentially calls with news on Valentin’s car never making it to the ELQ parking lot.

Valentin apparently wasn’t where he claimed to be on the night of the fire, so Anna will reel over that information soon enough.

It looks like Dante will get Anna on the phone and fill her in, so she may confront Valentin over his deception and wonder what he’s truly capable of.

At home, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will ask if Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) is sick now that his father’s hinted about something awful.

Gregory will confess that he’s been diagnosed with ALS, so Finn’s heart will break over that revelation.

At the Quartermaine mansion, “Eddie Maine” aka Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will have a heated confrontation with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), which should be made worse by the fact that Tracy is completely plastered.

“I’m onto you, lady!” “Eddie” shouts in Friday’s GH preview video. “Eddie” will rip into Tracy for trying to have him committed, but drunk Tracy will slam him right back for not being there for his family.

General Hospital spoilers say Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) may end up having to play referee, so stay tuned.
