General Hospital spoilers indicate Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) knows the truth. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was behind every move to put his mother in prison, and she’s been lying to everyone all along.
The whole family has welcomed her with open arms, and Nina has taken advantage of everyone’s good intentions, pretending to have her own.

Sure, maybe she was just hours past her last retaliation against Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) when Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) asked her not to make another move against her mother-in-law.
Maybe she’s been doing her best since then to keep her hands clean. But that doesn’t change that she has known the whole time she was responsible for all of this, and the harm that has come Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) way — and she said nothing. Michael is going to have quite a lot to consider as he tries to figure out the path forward.
General Hospital Spoilers — Telling Nina Reeves
Michael wants to confront Nina with everything in him. We could see it written all over his face as he watched her laugh and kick it with his family after pledging her alleged love to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
If he tells Nina he knows the truth, that’s only going to give her the upper hand. Goodness knows she’s had more time to think about what she would do if the truth came out than Michael has had to process this news.
He needs to tread carefully and try not to raise any red flags about his sudden change in feelings toward Nina. He wouldn’t want her — or anyone else — to start suspecting he knows more than he is letting on.
GH Spoilers – Spill Willow Tait Will Wonder
Willow doesn’t know the truth about her own mother, and it could devastate her. She has really come to open her heart to Nina, and Michael will be kicking himself for supporting her efforts in that department.
He always had this nagging feeling that Nina would only let Willow down and hurt her. Now, the last thing he wants to do is pull the mask off of Nina and expose her for the horrible person that she really is — shattering the relationship Willow has been developing with her and hurting Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) all over again.
It may be just too painful for Michael to go through with it, in fact. But that doesn’t mean Willow won’t be curious about what is going on with her husband as his behavior shifts.
General Hospital Spoilers — Mums The Word
Willow’s concern about Michael — and his attitude toward Nina — coupled with Nina’s own anxiety just might bring the truth to light sooner than Michael plans on it coming out.
He doesn’t want to devastate his family, but keeping this truth a secret any longer could actually cause more damage than letting it all rip right now.
If his family comes to learn that he knew about Nina’s involvement and kept it from them for any time at all, it could end up severing more relationships than just coming clean right now would.
