General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Adam Wright (Joshua Benard) is under an immense amount of stress thanks to difficult classes and the pressure his parents are piling on. It’s clear that Adam’s mom and dad expect total perfection, so he’s starting to crumble under the weight of everything he’s dealing with.

Adam recently beat himself up for being stupid as he tried to pull out clumps of his own hair.

Since Adam can’t measure up to the demands his parents make of him, he’s resorted to self-harm and seems to be sinking further into a pit of despair.

Of course, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is the one bright spot in Adam’s life right now, but he doesn’t get as much time with her as he would like.

Just when it seems Adam is growing closer to Josslyn, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) shows up to steal her away.

That’s completely reasonable since Dex is Josslyn’s boyfriend, but Adam’s fixation on Josslyn could prove troubling. How far will Adam go to make sure Josslyn spends more time with him instead of Dex?

There’s a chance this could build to some kidnapping and hostage drama depending on where GH writers want to take the story.

Adam is exhibiting some stalkerish tendencies since he always seems to be hanging around Josslyn’s dorm room. We’ve seen Adam lurk and watch Josslyn in the distance, so he’s definitely acting creepy.

As the drama heats up, Josslyn will find herself drawn further and further into Adam’s alarming web.

Dex will see some warning signs during the week of November 13-17, so it looks like he’ll sound the alarm to Josslyn.

Of course, Josslyn thinks Adam is a good guy, so she may brush off Dex’s concerns and insist Adam is harmless.

Unfortunately, the pressure that Adam’s under could drive him to do some things he wouldn’t normally do.

Perhaps Adam will become so stressed out and determined to cling to comfort that he kidnaps Josslyn.

Adam might stash Josslyn somewhere or force her to go on the run with him – especially if he decides they should just ditch college forever since it’s too much for him to deal with.

Whatever the case, Dex will have a bad feeling about Adam and the trouble he could lead to for Josslyn.

That could mean Dex will eventually have to ride to Josslyn’s rescue and stop Adam after he has some sort of breakdown.
