General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Corinthos Makes Huge Mistake

Recently, on GH, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) made a big decision. Pikeman Security representative Roman Hume (Mark Engelhardt) requested a meeting with Sonny.

And, on behalf of Pikeman, he offered to pay double to run another shipment through his territory. However, Sonny wants nothing to do with them on General Hospital, no matter how much they are willing to pay.

He refuses to work with them until they can tell him who tried to kill him. So, Sonny sent Roman packing. However, his right-hand man, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), thinks his boss made a mistake.

He fears that by turning down the deal, Sonny will make himself an obstacle that needs to be removed. Sonny is confident in his decision. But it looks like Dex is right to be concerned. Sonny could become a target again — and he’s not the only one.

Anna Devane a Target on GH

For months now, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has been under attack. Now, we know that most of the incidents came from Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez).

However, the more serious crimes, including the shooting at the Metro Court Pool, the arson at Anna’s house, and the murder of WSB agent Forsyth, seem to come from Pikeman. 

We know that Pikeman had ties to the WSB back in the day. And recently, on General Hospital, Anna has been looking into the shady activity from her former colleague, Forsyth.

But then, the records that she found on him mysteriously vanished, and he later turned up dead. This week she’s talking with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and wondering what happened to a certain report.

She knows that someone else is involved, and it’s almost a certainty that it’s newcomer Mr. Brennan (Charles Mesure) who’s behind it all. He likely ordered someone to take the shot at Sonny at the MC. 

And because Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) took the hit and wound up paralyzed, he won’t stop until he finds out who was behind the shooting.

This week, he tells Sonny he’s going to start back at square one and see where his trail leads. However, the closer he gets, the more danger he could land in.

Mr. Brennan after Sonny & Anna on General Hospital

GH viewers have seen Pikeman lackey, Roman, a few times, usually when he’s delivering a briefcase full of cash to Sonny. However, we’ve never seen who’s really pulling the strings — until now. Hume’s boss, Mr. Brennan, recently popped up on General Hospital.

Indeed, he does not seem like the kind of person you would want to cross. But now, it appears Sonny is on his bad side because he wants out of his deal with Pikeman. This week, Roman asks Brennan who is their priority — Corinthos or Devane? And Brennan answers — both.

So, Sonny and Anna are both on his radar and he plans to deal with them. Furthermore, Brennan recently visited Kelly’s Diner and has taken a liking to Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright). Chances are, he knows that Carly is Sonny’s ex-wife and mother to some of his children.

And if he doesn’t know yet, he will surely find out soon. Then, he may use Carly as leverage against Sonny to get him to cooperate. So, Carly could find herself in serious danger soon. GH just took a dark and dangerous turn.
