General Hospital Recap: Wednesday, October 25 – Michael's Extortion for Carly – Obrecht Rages Over Wedding Snub

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Wednesday, October 25, reveals that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) checked on Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) at the stables and got him to admit he’d miss Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).

Since Cody opened up to Dante, Sasha and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) about Mac Scorpio (John J. York) being his biological father, Dante suggested Cody might actually want Mac to find out.

Dante pointed out that Cody had been spreading the secret around, but Cody insisted he only told people he could trust and still didn’t think he was worthy of being Mac’s son.

Dante disagreed and felt that Mac would be proud, especially after what Cody did for Sasha.

Later, Cody fed one of the horses a treat and suggested that although he understood starting over, it sucked to get left behind.

When Cody heard a noise, he turned around to find Sasha standing there.

At GH, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) gushed over her spa trip as she caught up with Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen), who mentioned Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) being married to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Liesl was outraged over being left out of the ceremony, but she softened when she realized Willow and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) had been part of the intimate affair.

Willow admitted she saw the potential for a relationship with Nina and talked about how awful it was that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) was stuck in prison.

Liesl sensed that something else as bothering Willow, who ultimately came clean about dreaming of Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) and her warnings.

Obrecht felt that Willow was subconsciously trying to protect herself from fear and uncertainty. After Liesl said to ignore the dreams, she pushed Willow to focus on her bright future.

In Sonny’s office, Brick (Stephen A. Smith) offered proof that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) was Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) and Mason Gatlin’s (Nathanyael Grey) boss.

If Cyrus’ plan had worked, then he would’ve been free to make a play for new territory while Sonny was locked up.

Sonny was eager to find out what Cyrus’ next move would be and had questions about his rival’s stashed money. Brick vowed to do a deep dive into Cyrus’ finances and see where the money led.

After Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) made a troubling call to Pentonville, she showed up in Sonny’s office and revealed that Drew was being denied visitors. Sonny stepped away to make some calls and figure out why.

That gave Brick a chance to catch up with Carly and admit he’d never get used to calling anyone else Mrs. Corinthos.

Sonny returned and revealed that Drew was in solitary confinement, but he agreed with Brick about it perhaps being for his own protection.

The priority was making sure Drew walked free – and then Sonny suggested they could focus on handling Cyrus.

At the café, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) was so glad that Ava Jerome (Maura West) was OK after her kidnapping ordeal.

After Trina praised Ava for everything she’d taught her about art, she admitted Ava had become like a second mom to her.

Ava teared up since she didn’t have many people who cared about her without an agenda. As Ava clasped Trina’s hand, she was grateful to be in the presence of one of those people.

Trina gave Ava updates on her dream trip with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez), but she admitted they’d come home to reality.

Ava acknowledged that Spencer still had so much to work out regarding Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) and Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay), but she kept a positive attitude.

In Nina’s office, Michael delivered bad news since her luck had run out. After Michael played the recording of Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) outing Nina, she asked what he wanted.

Michael wanted Nina to stay away from Willow forever, but he knew that’d only make his wife suspicious.

Instead, Michael insisted that Nina would need his permission to go anywhere near his family.

Nina refused to let Michael control that and ranted about Carly doing far worse than her since withheld the truth about both daughters.

Since Nina didn’t do anything illegal, she acted like she could help Willow understand her impulsive SEC tip decision.

Michael blamed Nina for Drew’s prison sentence and the beating he endured behind bars. After Michael argued Willow wouldn’t get past that, he hinted that Sonny wouldn’t either.

Michael reiterated that Nina would only see his family when he said so.

Furthermore, Michael warned that Nina was going to sell Carly back her half of the Metro Court.

Nina protested since Carly didn’t have the money, but Michael said Nina would find a way.

Michael made it clear this was the only deal on the table right as Willow interrupted the tense discussion.

At Kelly’s, James West (Gary James Fuller) talked Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) into letting him have dessert before dinner.

As James was making a case for two Halloween costumes, Liesl arrived for a heartfelt reunion with Maxie and her grandson.

Once Maxie saw Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) with Martin through the window, she decided to join their conversation.

Outside, Lucy complained to Martin about Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) demanding that Sasha remain the Face of Deception. Martin thought that Sasha at least deserved to know she had the option.

Lucy argued that Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) would be the perfect replacement, but Maxie interrupted to insist they already agreed they’d call Sasha since they owed her another chance.

General Hospital spoilers say Sasha will get a surprising offer soon, so stay tuned to the ABC soap!
