Week of September 4 – Troublemaker Returns, Emotional Goodbye and Shocking Memory Surfaces

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of September 4-8 reveal that John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will search for answers about Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) mysterious new patient, who’s played by Dick Van Dyke.

That’ll lead to news about this mystery man being named Joseph Bell – though that may not be his real name since it won’t seem to stick no matter how many times he’s told.

This man’s memory issues will hinder his mission, but he’ll be looking for a long-lost son.

Perhaps he’s the real Timothy Robicheaux (Tobin Bell) since he served in the same army unit as the guy who previously claimed to be Timothy aka Yo Ling, John’s presumed father.

Meanwhile, Theresa Donovan (Jen Lilley) and Chelsea Brady (Rachel Melvin) will join the list of mourners at Victor Kiriakis’ (John Aniston) funeral.

Days will deliver a farewell tribute to John Aniston as Salem says goodbye to Victor as well.

In the aftermath of Victor’s service, Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) will come blowing back into town following her prison release, so Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) will reel over his mother’s return.

Stefan and Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) will have a lot to contend with once Vivian makes herself at home at the DiMera mansion.

Next, Days spoilers say Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will get into a heated argument, so that could start with Nicole’s disapproval over Chloe accepting Xander Cook’s (Paul Telfer) proposal.

Over with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), she’ll struggle with familiar feelings for Xander despite her attempt to move forward with Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder).

Other Days spoilers say EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will plot against Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) for taking Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) out of this world. EJ will want Ava to face the same grisly fate and will scheme to make it happen.

However, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will get in the way of EJ’s plans somehow, so his father will have to delay his revenge.

As for Ava, DOOL spoilers say she’ll remember something shocking about Susan and most likely share it with Harris Michaels (Steve Burton).

It sounds like Ava will recall that Susan is still alive, but can she get Harris to believe her?

Harris will try to help Ava get through another crisis, but he’ll fear he’s made matters worse instead.

There’ll be some reason for Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) to get updates on all the Bayview drama, so he may show up eventually.

At the Salem Inn, Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) and Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) will once again try to make love for the first time.

Will Wendy and Tripp finally be successful or will Ava’s ordeal lead to Tripp getting called away once more?

Back with Sarah, she’ll face Maggie Kiriakis’ (Suzanne Rogers) continued pressure to confess her unborn child’s true paternity to Xander.

Later, Sarah will go into labor, so we’ll see if Xander might have to help deliver the baby.

If not, Xander might still be close by and find himself drawn to Sarah’s newborn following the birth.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Xander will also make time for a showdown with Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) in the week ahead, so stay tuned for all the Kiriakis family drama.
