DOOL spoilers reveal that Talia was lucky to not get a prison sentence for her actions since coming to Salem. While Talia did help Colin Bedford (Jasper Newman) commit crimes, she was also manipulated and emotionally abused.
So, part of Talia’s redemption story is getting therapy so she never falls victim to someone like that again.
During the Tuesday, August 22, 2023 episode, Talia and Kayla crossed paths at the hospital. Talia told Kayla how well she was doing with therapy. However, Talia was stressed about needing to find a job soon.

Kayla suggested that maybe Talia could work at the hospital. Kayla brought up that Talia has worked hard to make things right and improve herself.
Kayla even said she would put in a good word for Talia but the decision was not solely hers to make. Talia appreciated it and Kayla rushed off.
Soon, Talia would get the opportunity to prove she could be useful at the hospital.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that when Sloan was brought in with severe abdominal cramping, she suddenly passed out.
Talia couldn’t find a pulse and noted that Sloan wasn’t breathing. Talia immediately began CPR until Kayla jumped in to take over.
This alone could help Talia get the job at the hospital. However, Talia would most likely be on probation or a trial period until she could prove herself.

Talia seems ready to jump back into her regular life. However, therapy takes time. It seems that Talia might be jumping back into the medical field too soon.
While Talia did save Sloan, what happens when other emergencies come in? Will Talia end up freezing or seeing Colin everywhere? Fans will just have to keep watching the Peacock soap to see how this story ends.
