Leaked Episode Hints at John’s Bio Dad Change – Shocking Father Twist

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Peacock recently made an error and briefly leaked the wrong episode too early, but their mistake was a good thing for fans eager to learn more about Dick Van Dyke’s mysterious character.

In that leaked episode, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) turns to John Black (Drake Hogestyn) for help figuring out this man’s identity along with the identity of his long-lost son.

Although Van Dyke’s character has a lot of missing memories, he can at least remember that he’s trying to find a son that he never met – and he’s certain that son is nearby.

This man’s name is Joseph Bell according to his dog tags, and he’s someone who has a stunning connection to John.

This could be the start of a major family mystery unraveling.

Days fans will recall that John’s backstory has been revised multiple times over the years, so that’s led to big changes in his family history, too.

It sounds like Days is gearing up for another big change based on the leaked info, which reveals that Joseph served in the same army unit as the man currently believed to be John’s father, Timothy Robicheaux aka Yo Ling (Tobin Bell).

When you consider Joseph’s age, the search for his son and this close link to the guy everyone assumes is John’s bio dad, it all adds up to a DOOL rewrite.

It seems likely there’ll be a shocking father twist that makes John the long-lost son that Joseph is looking for.

Perhaps Joseph Bell is actually the real Timothy Robicheaux in a case of mistaken or stolen identity.

Of course, it’s possible Days writers are trying to throw viewers off the trail, so we can’t rule out some other explanation.

However, there are times on soap when the simplest explanation is the right one, so that might be the case here.
