Aketra Sevillian OUT at DOOL – Talia Hunter’s Exit Confirmed
Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Talia Hunter (Aketra Sevillian) won’t be sticking around Salem for much longer. There had already been some rumblings about Talia’s departure being in the works, but now we have confirmation that she’s on her way out.
On Instagram, Aketra Sevillian posted a collection of fun videos to share what she’s been doing lately.
That led to Arianne Zucker (Nicole Walker) chiming in the comments section with complaints about Sevillian being forced off Days.
“Why you are still not on our show is beyond me!!! You are a beautiful light! To bigger and better!” Zucker said as she voiced her support.
It’s clear that Zucker is a fan of Sevillian and saw the value of keeping Talia Hunter in Salem, but she was apparently written out anyway.
Zoë Taylor-Crane often works as an extra or under-five actor on DOOL, so her comment also confirmed that Sevillian is no longer employed at Days.
“You are just the cutest. Miss you and your sweet vibe on set!” Taylor-Crane insisted.
Of course, the writing didn’t do Talia any favors since it was hard for her to come back from drugging half the town and working with devious Colin Bedford (Jasper Newman).
Although Talia was a victim of Colin’s emotional abuse, some fans still couldn’t get past her involvement in his scheme and what she did to Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) as well as Paulina Price (Jackée Harry).
Regardless, Talia is headed off the show, so it’s just a matter of how she’ll depart the canvas. There’s no word yet on Talia’s exit strategy, but we’ll be sure to give you updates as her final airdate gets closer.
In the meantime, Talia will stay busy with her new job at the hospital, where Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) went to bat for her. Although Talia is reentering the medical field, her role at the hospital won’t last long since we know Aketra Sevillian’s exit is indeed happening.
