Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Friday, November 10, reveals that Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) told Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) that they were under arrest, so she drew her weapon and pushed them to get on the floor.

Dimitri pointed out that Jada couldn’t go after them both if they rushed her, but Leo didn’t want either of them to get shot.

However, Dimitri eventually ran toward Jada and managed to get the gun away from her – but not before it went off.

Since there wasn’t enough room on the submarine for a hostage and someone was bound to have heard the shot fired, Dimitri suggested he’d have to get rid of Jada permanently.

Leo begged Dimitri not to, so Dimitri finally knocked Jada out and left with his boyfriend.

After stealing Jada’s vehicle as a getaway car, Dimitri sped down the road so they could make it to the submarine before Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) left.

Leo was concerned over how fast Dimitri was going, but Dimitri floored it anyway.

At Sloan Petersen- Brady (Jessica Serfaty) and Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) place, they were thrilled when Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) revealed that she’d found a baby for them to adopt.

Melinda pulled a stuffed blue bear out of a gift back for the gender reveal, so Eric was over the moon and dashed off to get baby supplies.

Once Eric was gone on Friday’s Days episode, Melinda admitted there was a problem since the baby was promised to another family.

That meant Melinda would have to pay their lawyer to say the adoption fell through and give the baby to Sloan and Eric instead.

Sloan had reservations, but Melinda warned it might be a long time before a chance like this came around again.

After Sloan relented, Melinda called the lawyer to make the arrangements and learned it was too late to officially strike the deal.

Across town on Friday’s DOOL show, Sloan got updates on all that while Nicole picked up a couple bowls of chowder from the pub.

Roman said it was on the house since he heard Nicole just got married recently.

When Roman explained that Eric married Sloan on the same day, Nicole was a bit weirded out and wondered why Eric didn’t mention it.

Roman hinted about it being a spontaneous decision, so Nicole realized her own marriage news likely had something to do with this.

Afterward on Friday’s Days episode, Nicole ran into Eric outside and commented on the wooden baby gym box he was holding.

Eric confirmed that the adoption was happening soon before talk turned to his recent wedding.

Once Eric confessed Nicole’s marriage was indeed a factor in his decision, he thought they were past pretending they didn’t have lingering feelings.

Nicole officially moved on with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), so Eric felt the need to do the same.

Speaking of EJ, he spoke to Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) in the town square and heard all about Stephanie Johnson’s (Abigail Klein) ex, Everett Lynch (Blake Berris).

EJ thought Chad should buy The Spectator anonymously and fire Everrett, so Chad mulled over whether he should move ahead with that plan or just trust Stephanie.

At home, Stephanie opened the door to Everett and pointed out that he couldn’t keep showing up like this. Nevertheless, Everett had a professional reason for coming since he was facing a PR disaster at The Spectator.

Stephanie eventually agreed to take the case and offered some useful tips about the fugitive Lady Whistleblower situation.

When Chad came home and found Everett there, he wasn’t happy to hear Stephanie was helping Everett with PR drama.

On the road, Dimitri lost control of the vehicle he was driving with Leo in the passenger seat, so the car swung over toward Nicole’s lane.

Meanwhile, Nicole used the hands-free system in her car to speak with EJ over the phone, but he became alarmed when heard Nicole cry out and crash.

At the motel, Jada was a little disoriented as she woke up and called Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) for help.

After Jada pointed out that she found Dimitri and Leo, she added that they got the drop on her and stole her car.

Back at the pub on Friday’s Days episode, Eric told Roman about the baby coming soon and was congratulated.
