But Talia wanted to make amends and finally managed to win Chanel’s forgiveness.
However, by that time, Chanel’s ex, Johnny, was reminded by Wendy that he is still in love with Chanel. Hence, he shouldn’t be perusing other women until he faces those feelings. And that set the wheels in motion for Johnny and Chanel’s reunion. The two lovers confessed their feelings to each other. But here’s the twist! Chanel also still has unresolved feelings for Talia! Yup, that does come as a shocker, but it has been confirmed through a dialogue between Aketra and her Days of Our Lives co-star, Arianne Zucker. Recently, Akerta posted a carousel post on her Instagram account that features multiple pictures and videos of her living the best life! Ari Zucker commented, “You are a beautiful light! To bigger and better!” But what really gave the news away was Ari’s exasperation of why Aketra is not on the show anymore. “Why you are still not on our show is beyond me,” she resigned.
Well, the fact that Aketra is out of the show means Talia will be out of Salem soon enough. Thus, leaving Chanel and Johnny with eyes only for each other. However, considering that Days of Our Lives shoots several months in advance, there might still be many ebbs and flows in the story for us to watch!
