Thomas Pushed Out as RJ Slides In?
Bold and the Beautiful dropped plenty of hints that RJ Forrester will likely rise above Thomas Forrester when the dressmaking competition gets underway on the CBS soap. But so far, all the evidence of his talent comes from Ridge Forrester. Still, this proud father only bases his view on some very detailed drawings that RJ did as a toddler.
However, that probably won’t matter as Ridge seems bound and determined to have RJ become the best designer to ever come out of the Forrester family. Despite RJ just recently picking up a pencil for the first time to draw a dress, his father sees this son as the talented one.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Thomas Forrester Distracted
While Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) has the viewers’ attention today, it’s not for his brilliant dressmaking. He’s entertaining the masses with some steamy scenes behind the closed doors of an office at FC.
Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest that the distraction of a potential romp every time his partner walks through the door may take a toll on his work. Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) has morphed into someone completely different. She’s now taken on the role of a seductress where Thomas is concerned.
Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) walked into the design room and caught her daughter in the aftermath of lust. So, it looks like Thomas Forrester now battles another distraction as Bold and the Beautiful rolls along.
So, if Thomas starts to falter in his designs, there’s definitely a reason for that. His workplace has turned into a love nest, and soon he likely finds it’s also a battlefield with Brooke as the General of opposing forces.
B&B Spoilers: Building Up RJ Forrester
Right now, other than a few bobbles added by RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) to his grandfather’s designs, RJ’s talent hasn’t wowed anyone yet. But Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is itching to make that happen.
So, with Thomas facing an uprising in his personal life, it looks like his creative juices could suffer on Bold and the Beautiful. This would give Ridge the perfect opportunity to slide the prodigal son into the mix. But will RJ live up to his father’s wishful thinking?
Even if it took RJ Forrester some time to get the hang of it, his father will probably make sure his designs shine. Plus, Brooke will undoubtedly blame Thomas for the compromising position she stumbled on between Thomas and her daughter.
So, she’ll likely tell Ridge. This means he may have a little bit of anger building for Thomas Forrester for his affair with Hope. But at the same time, this anger could help this father push RJ to the top. So, if RJ doesn’t do the magic on the sketch pad that his father thinks he will, you can bet his father will finagle things to put him on the track to the top. Even if that means some underhanded maneuvers.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Thomas Has More Than RJ to Worry About
Thomas Forrester really did pick up his game and stayed true to his word. He worked hard to overcome the reputation he made for himself with past dirty deeds. But he still has one skeptic, Brooke Logan. As RJ Forrester’s mother, she too will be invested in her son’s future.
Plus, if Thomas Forrester gets pushed out, this stops his workplace temptation for afternoon romps with Hope. So, Bold and the Beautiful fans may see Brooke also become over-invested in RJ wearing the hat as lead designer.
It looks like B&B is stacking the cards against Thomas Forrester both in his love life and his workplace. Just maybe Bold and the Beautiful is paving the way for a new designer house down the line. If Thomas does find himself out in the cold, he still has Hope Logan.
While right now she won’t let herself love him. But she’d likely never turn her back on Thomas Forrester. Plus, these two already proved themselves as a powerful team in the dress design world. So maybe somewhere down the line, they say farewell to their parents at work. Who knows, they may then decide to give FC some competition with their own fashion house on the CBS soap.
