Bold and the Beautiful: Deacon Sharpe Soon Finn’s Stepdad?
Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) got down on one knee last week and asked Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) to marry him. She will likely say yes after much debate next week. She worries about what this will do to his life.
It looks like he continues as the fix-it man in Sheila’s life as Bold and the Beautiful rolls along. Last week, fans found out he’s responsible for her freedom after bending the judge’s ear.
Next, Bold and the Beautiful spoilers have Finn getting a visit from his mother’s lover. It sounds like John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) gets a whopper of a request. And it comes from the man who may become his stepdad.
Finn is already in a quandary over ousting Sheila from his life. So, now he has to deal with this request dropped on his lap. But just what is his request?

Bold and Beautiful viewers already witnessed Deacon throwing caution to the wind by asking Sheila to marry him. He also told her they’d have to be careful. But this is the way he wants it. He told her that he felt she was worth taking this risk.
As a parolee, he can’t fraternize with convicted felons. His roommate beat the attempted murder charges against Finn and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). But she’s already done time in prison, leaving her a convicted felon.
So, he could lose his freedom. But most of all, his relationship with his daughter Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) would take a big hit if she found out about him and Sheila Carter.
Still, chances are Deacon comes to Finn wanting him to keep this request under wraps. But is this a good thing or a bad thing for John Finnegan?
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Will Finn Find Friend or Foe?
Turning Deacon Sharpe into a bad guy just doesn’t seem feasible for B&B. He knows that Finn and Steffy are separated due to his birth mother. So, he would probably not take advantage of that.
If Deacon hits up Finn advocating for a mother-son relationship, this likely won’t work. The doctor probably won’t jeopardize his family to do that. So, this also seems unrealistic to B&B fans.
But he might have another piece in mind with this proposal to his roommate. He might try to make up for the damage he caused in Finn’s life by finagling her release. When Deacon Sharpe shows up to talk about Sheila Carter, he might not plan on urging Finn into a relationship with his mother.
Deacon really seems to love Sheila Carter, so his proposal was likely heartfelt. But he may have a hidden agenda along with it.

Deacon Sharpe was a key player in saving Steffy and Finn the night Sheila shot them on Bold and the Beautiful. Today, he’s aware of how Finn’s life imploded recently, from people around him, like Hope, and of course, Sheila Carter.
Deacon advocating for John Finnegan to have a relationship with his mother doesn’t sound right. He knows this would end Finn’s family life. So, it’s a hard pill to swallow for The Bold and the Beautiful Deacon Sharpe fans.
Plus Finn’s fans don’t ever see him giving up his family. Instead, the parolee might use Sheila Carter’s own words to convince his future wife about what she needs to do for love.
Lesson In Love 101
Sheila is apprehensive about marrying her roommate due to what it might cost him. That’s everything in life he loves and worked so hard for. She loves him and doesn’t want to do this to him.
So, in a twist, Deacon Sharpe may get through to the woman he loves by throwing her own words back at her. If he points out that she’s expecting her son to give up all he loves to have a relationship with her, this might sink in.
Deacon may get Sheila to realize that she wouldn’t jeopardize his life out of love. So why is she willing to do this to her son?
So, by putting this spin on what she’s doing might be what Finn needs for Sheila Carter to leave him and his family alone. If she understands that pulling her son away from his family isn’t a mother showing love, he could get through to her.
Plus, last week on Bold and Beautiful Sheila told her roommate that she trusts him and knows that he has her best interest at heart.
Bold and the Beautiful: Sheila’s Olive Branch for John Finnegan
B&B spoilers have Deacon Sharpe headed out to find Finn. But what if he can get through to Sheila after pointing out to her that what she’s doing to her son is not love?
So this restaurant owner might bring the doctor a message instead of trying to talk him into starting fresh with his mother. It’s possible he advocates for Finn to accept his mother’s surrender.
He might also confide in Finn about his plans to marry his mother, giving him his solemn promise to keep her on the straight and narrow. If so, then this is something Finn will need to share with Steffy as well.
Steffy needs some major convincing that her husband’s mother is no longer a danger to her and the kids. So, a plan like this could be just enough to get Steffy back home.
If Bold and the Beautiful takes Deacon, Finn, and his mother in this direction, then this opens a can of worms elsewhere.
Everyone will want to know what made Steffy so assured that she came home to her husband. So, this is one way B&B can keep both John Finnegan and Deacon Sharpe as good guys.
Plus backing off this crazed mother, well it’s a start in a very long journey to a possible redemption. But this could go either way.
Deacon could always show up trying to talk John Finnegan into forgiving his mother if his love for her is so deep he’ll do anything to make her happy. But, instead, if Sheila Carter agrees to back off because of Deacon’s help, then it’s a win-win situation for Finn on this CBS soap.
