Victoria Thinks Audra Should Be Fired – Nick Is Livid With Adam – Nikki Is Still Suspicious Of Nate

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will suggest Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) is as manipulative as her brother.

Also coming up, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will be livid with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Plus, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) can’t understand her daughter’s faith in Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). And Audra and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will have a run-in with Adam.

Y&R spoilers tease Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will tell Adam it’s not healthy to hang on to the past. But Adam will say the photos of them represent a time when he was truly happy. Even though she moved on, it doesn’t mean he can forget they were ever together. “I really want you to find happiness,” Sally will say. However, Adam will say his feelings for her aren’t something he can just turn off.

Suddenly, someone will bang on the door. “Adam, are you in there?!” Nick will shout. When Adam opens the door, Nick will ask him if he’s out of his mind. “Dad just told me what you and Audra were up to at Newman Media,” he’ll say. “What were you thinking?” Then he’ll be shocked to see Sally there. She’ll ask what’s going on and Adam will whitewash what happened. And Sally will ask him why he would think blackmail would be a way to get Newman Media back.

Once she leaves, Nick will tell Adam he needs to stop trying to manipulate Sally. But Adam will say she was the one who showed up, ordered the food and set the table. “Sally doesn’t want you anymore, she has made her choice,” Nick will reply. However, Adam will tell his brother he never puts her first. “I respect Sally’s feelings but yours, they don’t concern me.”

In her suite, Kyle will tell Audra he wishes he could have seen Victor and Adam’s faces. She’ll admit she still needs to win over Nikki, but she can swing it. “And with Victoria distracted by Nate, the sky’s the limit for us.”  Later, Audra and Kyle will head to the Jazz Club and Adam will approach them. He’ll ask Audra if she’s celebrating. He’ll also point out he could still release the damning information. “I don’t think you want to piss Victor off like that. Or me,” Kyle will say. But Adam will tell him Audra may be impressed, but he’s not. “Is that all you got?”

Meanwhile, Victoria will play dumb and ask Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) what’s wrong. “Your brother crossed the line again,” he’ll say. Then he’ll tell his daughter about Adam blackmailing Audra. “I hope you gave him the smackdown he deserves,” she’ll say. But Victor will tell her he’s giving Adam another chance.

Then Nikki will bring up Victoria’s blind faith in Nate. “I’m sure it’s not lost on you that Nate approached me with this merger, at Audra’s urging,” she’ll say. But Victoria will say Nate believed there was a strong financial upside. “You have glossed over the fact that Nate can be manipulated into influencing a decision,” Nikki will reply. “You should be more concerned about him and the risk he brings to the company.”

Victor will say Nate should have come to him the way that Audra did. But Victoria will point out that Audra was Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St. John) fixer, plus look what she tried to do to Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) company. “What else do you think she’s capable of?” Victor will ask if she’s suggesting they replace Audra. “I don’t think that’s the worst possible idea,” she’ll reply.  “Audra seems a lot more comfortable with betrayal and duplicity, almost as comfortable as Adam is.”

Finally, Victoria will head back to the GCAC to see Nate. She’ll tell him she’s a little put off that his involvement with Audra caught her off guard. He’ll apologize for not being more transparent with her and hopes she can forgive him. Victoria will tell him he’s saying all the right things. However, she needs to go home to her kids. But is Victoria beginning to doubt Nate?
