Young and the Restless Comings and Goings: Tessa Porter & Mariah Copeland Staying around for Big Storyline

Y&R comings and goings have Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and her wife Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) staying on-screen for a while. Recently, they suspected that their baby girl Aria may have a hearing problem.

After she was unresponsive to several loud claps of thunder, the new moms became concerned. So, this week, on Young and the Restless, they meet with Dr. George (Mattilyn Rochester Kravitz).

Thankfully, the doctor says that whatever is causing Aria’s hearing loss is treatable. However, there is no cure for it — it’s something that she will have for the rest of her life. So, the new mommies might have a bumpy road ahead of them.

But they have a lot of support, including Mariah’s mom, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). And also Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), who is ready and willing to help in any way he can. No doubt it will be nice to have Tessa and Mariah on the screen more regularly.

Y&R Casting News: Chelsea Lawson Out

More Young and the Restless casting updates, see Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) out of Genoa City. Her son, Connor Newman (Judah Mackey), is going through a tough time right now. He recently ran away, and Chelsea decided to leave town with him, hoping it would help.

In real life, the Chelsea actress just gave birth to a baby boy and is on maternity leave. Indeed, she will return soon and may return to a shock on Young and the Restless.

Her boyfriend, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), appears to be growing closer to his ex-girlfriend, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). And Chelsea may not like what she sees when she comes home to Genoa City.

Young and the Restless Casting Updates: Tucker Out Soon?

Also, coming up, we might see the last of Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John). This week, things take a turn for Tucker’s new wife, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson). Her nemesis Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) saves her from choking on a piece of fruit.

And this changes everything for the two ladies who are usually at each other’s throats. Also, Ashley patches things up with her brother Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) soon. So, if the Abbott family war ends, that should mean smooth sailing for Tucker and Ashley.

However, Tucker is bound to mess things up because he’s a serial cheater who can’t stay away from the ladies. So now that Ashley’s drama with her family is coming to an end, she may face problems with Tucker.

So, their short marriage may not last, and he might head back out of GC soon. Y&R is full of surprises. Keep watching to see how Mariah Copeland handles this new parenting challenge with Tessa Porter on the CBS soap opera.
