General Hospital Week of November 20: Surprise Visitors Hit PC, Sonny Strikes Back, Dating Questions & Carly’s Choice

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of November 20-24 reveal that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will make a big decision, so that’ll probably involve whether she’ll buy back her half of the Metro Court from Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros).

Since Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will be Carly’s unexpected visitor later, she can offer updates on whatever she’s decided and perhaps hear about some ELQ drama.

The real Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) is back in business, so he’ll do some bickering with Drew and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) since he intends to make ELQ his focus from now on.

Across town, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) is being sued for malpractice, so he’ll turn to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) for advice and could potentially get an attorney recommendation.

Over with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he’ll have an intense showdown with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and try to put his fierce foe in his place.

Next, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will sense that Adam Wright (Joshua Benard) could use someone to lean on, so she’ll step up for him despite Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) concerns.

Other GH spoilers say Nina will try to pry the truth out of Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez), but Charlotte may not admit the extent of her actions against Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

Anna will deal with more heartbreak over Charlotte’s view of her and Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) twisted influence.

Afterward, Anna will get into a heated argument with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) as their relationship continues to deteriorate.

Valentin will ultimately speak with Charlotte in the gentlest way possible and try to coax the whole story out of her.

Charlotte needs to know that Victor’s grudge against Anna can’t be trusted, so this may be the start of Valentin trying to get through to her.

Elsewhere, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will chase after a lead. There’ll be some clue that pertains to Anna’s case, so Dante will follow the trail and hope for firm answers.

Back with Sonny, he’ll have an invitation for Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) to mull over, so that may involve an offer to join Thanksgiving dinner.

Sasha might bring Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) as her plus one and face questions from Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) or another one of the kids about their relationship status.

GH spoilers insist that Cody and Sasha will land in an uncomfortable situation when someone wonders if they’re dating.

After Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) opens up to Jordan Ashford (Tanish Harper), it looks like Jordan will seek Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) help granting his wish.

In the meantime, Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) will urge Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) to attend her recording session.

If Blaze records that personal song she wrote about not being able to confess her feelings for someone, Kristina may get a hint about how Blaze really feels.

Regardless, Kristina will end up inviting Blaze to her family’s Thanksgiving gathering at Alexis’ place, so it seems likely Blaze will happily accept.

Some other Thanksgiving shockers are coming up – like the return of Gloria Cerullo (Ellen Travolta), who happens to be Lois Cerullo’s (Rena Sofer) feisty mother.

Gloria will come blowing into town with a secret that’ll shake things up in Lois and Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) little world.

Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) has some good news in store for Anna as well, so look for her to get a warm reunion when someone comes back to Port Charles.

That might involve a quick visit from Emma Scorpio-Drake (Brooklyn Rae Silzer) to cheer Anna up – just in time for a turkey day celebration.

There’ll be a special Thanksgiving episode on Thursday, November 23, but the show will be preempted for college football coverage on Friday, November 24.

General Hospital spoilers say there’s much more excitement to come in Port Charles, so stay tuned.
