The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victoria Plants Evidence Against Adam – Uses Nate to Expose Company Sabotage?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) may decide to use

Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) new position at Newman Enterprises to her advantage.

Victoria has tried to make Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) see that it’s a mistake to give Adam another chance – at least in her opinion – but he just won’t listen.

It seems like Adam indeed has an agenda, so he’d probably crash and burn on his own if Victoria would just let things play out.

However, Y&R fans know patience isn’t Victoria’s forte, so she may feel the need to speed Adam’s downfall along.

Adam is going to be serving as Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) assistant, which will allow Nate to keep an eye on him and determine whether any suspicious activity is going on. If Adam’s plotting, then Nate should know about it.

Since Victoria wants Adam out of the family business AND she wants to prove Victor was wrong to rehire Adam, she might take matters into her own hands. Victoria could plant evidence against Adam and make it seem like he’s sabotaging the company.

Now that Adam’s stepping into the role of Nate’s assistant, it could help Victoria gain access to Adam’s computer and frame him with some phony proof.

Victoria might use Nate as part of her plan by duping him and having him discover fake Newman Enterprises sabotage.

It’s possible Victoria could bring Nate in the loop, but she’d be better off leaving him in the dark since he’s proven pretty loyal to Victor so far.

Nate might not cooperate with Victoria’s plan, so she’d be smart to fool him with this bogus Adam evidence, too.

Regardless, Victoria has the perfect opportunity to frame Adam. Maybe Victoria could even leak this staged betrayal to the press and make it look like Victor’s bad decisions are causing all sorts of problems.

Victoria might hope all this will lead to her reclaiming the throne, but things may not work out exactly the way she wants!
