Days of our Lives’ Carson Boatman (Johnny DiMera) and his wife, Julana Dizon, will soon be welcoming their first child together. The couple’s baby girl is due in December, so family and friends — and Salemites — gathered for a baby shower to celebrate the blessed event. There was even a special appearance by Boatman and Dizon’s precious little puppy.

Guests included Boatman’s television family Dan Feuerriegal (E.J. DiMera); Lucas Adams (Tripp Dalton) and his wife, actress Shelby Wulfert; and Brandon Barash (Stefan DiMera) and his wife, Isabella. Barash and his wife are themselves new parents to a baby boy named Joaquin, who was born in September 2023.

Rounding out the notable guests was Raven Bowens (Chanel Dupree) and Boatman’s television twin, Lindsay Arnold (Allie Horton).

However, it was Boatman’s sweet little puppy, Willie, who truly stole the show. Willie joined his family for the celebration, sporting a “Big Brother” bandana. He couldn’t have been any cuter.

Boatman was filled with gratitude for the outpouring of love, and he thanked everyone who attended the special event. “We love you all and are so excited to meet our baby girl,” the actor said.

Eric Martsolf (Brady Black) sent his love to his co-star, as did Greg Rikaart (Leo Stark).
