The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) could probably use some help when it comes to her new venture. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is providing the funding, but Sally is still mostly running the show on her own.

There’s a chance an old partnership will come back around now that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) are facing so much drama at Marchetti.

Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) has become an extremely demanding boss who clearly doesn’t trust Chloe and Chelsea to bring something good to the table.

Chloe is definitely fed up with Summer at this point, so she’s hoping that Chelsea can help her resolve things now that she’s back in town.

Unfortunately, there’s no guarantee Chelsea can fix this if Summer’s attitude stays the same. Summer has a certain vision for Marchetti that Chloe and Chelsea just aren’t delivering at this point.

With that in mind, it could lead to Summer firing Chelsea and Chloe – or maybe they’ll simply quit instead. Chelsea and Chloe might betray Summer for a better offer if Sally can give them one.

The last time Sally, Chloe and Chelsea were a work trio, it didn’t go very well. However, that was mostly because Chelsea was hung up on Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and took her jealousy issues out on Sally.

Now Chelsea is doing much better mentally – not to mention she’s in a happy, stable relationship with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).

That said, Chelsea needs a job that can help her stay on the right path, not a stressful one where she has to deal with Summer’s constant complaints.

Is there a reason why Y&R writers are suddenly including all this Summer, Chloe and Chelsea conflict? Could all this be building to a career change and new partnership?

It’s possible Chelsea and Chloe will make a pitch to join Sally’s interior design firm – or perhaps Sally could pitch the idea instead. Sally might enjoy working with Chloe again and decide she’s willing to accept help from Chelsea as well.

Either way, something has to change at Marchetti, so stay tuned for updates on whether Chloe and Chelsea will end up moving on from the company.
