Sally Blasts Nick for Disgusting Treatment of Adam – ‘Good Guy’ Persona Crumbles?
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) have banded together to do something truly terrible. After Nick found out Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) was faking his mental issues, he didn’t hesitate to tell Victoria what was really going on.
Despite Victor’s grand plan to test his children and find out who’d betray him, Nick couldn’t stand by and watch Victoria suffer. Nick knows that Victoria cares about their dad, so he gave her updates on the trap.
Of course, Nick somehow twisted this into an opportunity to play the blame game and act like it’s Adam’s fault that Victor’s being cruel.
Instead of recognizing that Adam is a human being who loves his father too, Nick’s so blinded by his hatred for Adam that he can’t see anything else.
Never mind the fact that Adam gave Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) a kidney and has proven that when a health crisis strikes, family comes first!
Nick acts like Adam is some kind of monster who’s incapable of genuinely caring about anyone else.
The goal is now for Nick and Victoria to play along with Victor’s scheme so that they can help escort Adam into the trap, which just seems downright despicable.
Adam has every right to be concerned about both Victor and the company when his father is displaying signs of dementia.
It’s ridiculous to act like it’s a betrayal for Adam to voice his fears and take steps to handle this like a good son should.
It’s true that Adam really was faking his redemption and plotting revenge, but all that changed when Victor seemingly started this mental decline.
Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) can tell that Adam’s being sincere about his desire to help Victor and even encouraged him to join forces with his siblings.
Once Sally realizes Nick intentionally hid the truth from Adam, will his “good guy” persona crumble in her eyes?
Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) has been hyping Nick up like he’s the greatest man who ever walked the planet, but that’s clearly not true when he’d treat his own brother this way.
At some point, Y&R spoilers say Sally will find out about Nick going along with Victor’s trap and telling Victoria the real story while leaving Adam out of the loop.
That may send Sally flying into a rage and lead to her blasting Nick for his actions. It could be another step toward creating distance between Sally and Nick while she keeps drifting back toward Adam.
Bottom line, Sally might realize she’s been putting Nick on a pedestal when he doesn’t deserve to be on one!
