Sally Rages at Adam to Stay Away – Sharon Stirs Up Jealousy

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Wednesday, October 4, reveal that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will have a business meeting with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), but she’ll quickly realize he has personal issues on his mind.

Once Sharon convinces Nick to spill the story of Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) kissing Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), he’ll admit he’s not going to confront Adam right now.

Nick will suggest that might result in him ripping Adam’s arm off and earning prison time.

After Nick says he wants Adam gone for good out of everyone’s life, he’ll contend that Adam doesn’t love Sally.

Nick will think Adam simply views Sally as a trophy and covets her.

Sharon won’t be so sure it’s not love, but she’ll argue that the only way the kiss matters is if it emotionally affected Sally.

Nick will confess that he thinks that kiss indeed affected Sally more than she’s willing to admit or perhaps more than she’s even aware of.

Once Nick’s ready to change the subject, he’ll thank Sharon for being rational and talking him down.

Sharon will joke that she’s always happy to help a friend keep from dismembering his brother, so Nick will suggest that’s one of the qualities that first attracted him to her.

At the GCAC, Adam will stop Sally and push her to tell him what’s going on.

If Sally told Nick about the kiss, then Adam will want confirmation so he can know where he stands with his brother.

Adam will act like he hopes to rectify his relationships with his family, but Sally will insist they both know that’s a complete lie.

Actions speak louder than words, so Sally will call Adam out for continuing to blow things up.

Adam will act like it was just an impulsive moment between them, but Sally will think it’s a lot more since her world is now teetering again.

That’ll lead Adam to believe Sally’s talking about her own reaction to the kiss rather than Nick’s.

After Sally rants about Adam twisting the truth into what he wants, she’ll want to make something crystal clear to him.

“But listen to me, there is no us!” Sally will declare. Once Sally tells Adam to stay away from her as well as Nick, she’ll also warn Adam to stay out of her head before storming out.

In Sally’s suite, she’ll get Nick on the phone and learn that Sharon’s been helping to ground him. Sally will look annoyed and a bit jealous, but she’ll suggest Nick should remind her to thank Sharon later.

Once Sally pushes Nick to come talk things out with her, he’ll decide she’s got the right idea and will tell her that he’s on his way.

At the Chancellor mansion, Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) will invite Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) to the jazz lounge since Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) called a family meeting there.

Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will also ask Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) to come, but he’ll have to pass since he’ll have a creative team meeting that he’s already canceled three times.

At Newman Enterprises, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will urge Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) to be his date for the gathering and reassure her when she voices concerns due to the reactions she might get.

Next on Wednesday’s Y&R episode, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will quiz Mamie in the jazz lounge, where she’ll admit she’s now an investor with a major stake in Chancellor-Winters.

Once Jack gets updates on Mamie buying Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) stake in the company, he’ll be happy for her along with her family – though he’ll warn her about Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) looming wrath.

Jack will eventually have to head home to Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) since they need to finish planning their wedding celebration tomorrow, so Mamie will be pleased that Jack’s found love.

Once all Mamie’s guests arrive, she’ll kick off the meeting. Lily clearly won’t be happy about Victoria’s presence, but she’ll flash a fake smile anyway.

Mamie will make a speech about returning to Genoa City to whip them all into shape and make the family a strong powerhouse again.

After Mamie says she’s purchased a substantial investment from a very influential and cooperative investor, Devon will confirm that they know it was Victor.

Mamie will keep the focus on family and will suggest that they’d be glad to lure Nate away from Newman Enterprises to rejoin them at Chancellor-Winters.

Lily will express disbelief over what she just heard, but Mamie will act like they need to leave the anger and sense of betrayal in the past.

Once Lily admits she’s not sure that’s possible, she’ll question why Mamie keeps saying “us” and acting like she’s going to be an integral part of the company.

When Lily asks what exactly Mamie’s intentions are, a livid Jill will waltz in and declare that she’s pretty curious about that herself!

When Nick finds Adam at the GCAC bar, he’ll warn his brother to stop this and leave Sally alone. Nick will insist his patience is at its limit, so Adam will admit he was wrong on every level and apologize to them both.

Once Nick joins Sally upstairs, he’ll give her the news about running into Adam downstairs and confronting him.

Nick will mention that Adam offered an apology, but he’ll think it’s just another mind game and won’t believe his brother’s really going to back off Sally.

When Sally asks if their relationship is OK, Nick won’t know and will suggest that depends on what’s in Sally’s heart.

After Nick pushes for honesty no matter what, Sally will cry and insist the truth is that she’s falling in love with Nick, too. Nick will look pensive as Sally dives in his arms for a hug.

Once Adam drops by Crimson Lights to see Sharon, she’ll wonder why he feels the need to mess things up for everyone who he believes has harmed him.

Adam will assume Sharon spoke to Nick and will confess that he’s guilty as charged when it comes to crossing the line.

After Adam claims he feels bad for Nick, Sharon will doubt that. Adam will insist it’s true since Nick doesn’t see that he’s fooling himself.

Once Adam reflects on recent events, he’ll insist that Sally isn’t in love with Nick. Adam will think Sally’s still in love with him instead, so Sharon will smirk over his view on things.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam will inevitably get himself into more trouble soon, so stay tuned!
