The Bold and the Beautiful Update: Week of December 25 – Steffy Gets Fierce, Eric’s Progress & Xander Avant’s Shocking News
The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for the week of December 25-29 reveals that there’ll be more hospital drama, but it’ll have to wait until after Christmas Day. B&B will be preempted for NFL football on Monday, December 25, but things will pick back up with a fresh episode on Tuesday, December 26.
That’s when Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) future will become a topic of conversation.
Eric survived, but his doctors will have to determine how long his recovery will take and what quality of life he can expect moving forward.
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) will be glad that Eric pulled through, but they discuss concerns about whether Eric will be the same man after this.
Later, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will give Ridge updates on Eric’s progress and insist he’s right on track for someone at this stage of his recovery.
Over with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), she’ll put Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) on the spot when it comes to her true feelings for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).
Steffy will wonder if Hope is still just having fun or if this has deepened into something more.
During this confrontation, Steffy will pressure Hope to reveal whether she’s genuinely in love with Thomas.
Although Hope loves Thomas for his devotion, she hasn’t made a real love profession in the traditional sense yet.
Hope’s only given Thomas an indirect version of confirmation, but that could change soon – especially now that their bond is growing stronger.
Regardless, Hope may feel like this topic is too personal to get into with Steffy.
Although Hope will push Steffy to back off, Steffy will stand her ground and offer a warning.
B&B spoilers say Steffy will refuse to let Hope play games with Thomas’ heart, so she’ll put Hope on notice.
It’s clear that Steffy will remain against Thomas and Hope’s romance, so that’ll cause some conflict with her brother.
Thomas will lash out over Steffy’s lack of support, so Finn will defend his wife and argue that she’s just trying to look out for him.
Finn could easily see some flashes of the old Thomas as they face off. It could leave Finn concerned about Thomas’ dangerous side resurfacing if this keeps up.
Next, Adain Bradley will return as Xander Avant, so look for him to appear starting Thursday, December 28.
Finn is Xander’s new doctor, so that’ll lead to Xander realizing the good doc is married to Steffy and very connected to the Forrester family.
Once Xander gets past the shock of that news, he may find out something else that catches him off guard.
Xander was heavily involved in the storyline where Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza) was stolen and believed to be deceased.
Thomas pressured Xander to keep quiet and definitely showed off his menacing side back then.
Finn might mention something about Hope and Thomas being romantically entangled now, so Xander may find that idea appalling!
Finally, B&B will wrap up the week with another football-related preemption on Friday, December 29, but some time zones will get an Italy encore episode from June 2023 instead.
