Eric Defies Doctor’s Orders with Catastrophic Results
The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Eric Forrester (John McCook) will get another house call when Dr. Colin Colby (Justiin Davis) visits the Forrester mansion. The week of October 16-20 will bring a new examination for Eric as Dr. Colby checks out his heart and perhaps passes along some follow-up test results, too.
Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) has already been worried about Eric, but she’ll get some updates that leave her even more devastated soon enough.
There may be a situation where Donna catches Eric coughing up blood and realizes this isn’t the first time it’s happened.
Whatever the case, B&B spoilers say Donna will struggle as she gets more news on just how severe Eric’s condition is.
Dr. Colby may confess that things seem even worse than he thought, but we’ll see if he’s able to nail down a definite diagnosis yet.
Of course, Dr. Colby will also talk to Eric about preserving his energy and not overdoing it when it comes to work.
Donna may voice concerns to Dr. Colby about stress and all the effort that’s going into this fashion showdown with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).
Dr. Colby will deliver some strict orders to Eric regarding his health, so he may warn his patient to call off the competition and stop pushing himself so hard.
Eric could be rushing himself into an early grave if he doesn’t take a step back.
However, Eric will remain determined to put out this final legacy collection while he still can.
It’ll be non-negotiable in Eric’s mind, so he’ll ignore how ill he is and go against Dr. Colby’s expert medical advice.
Meanwhile, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) will worry about this couture faceoff blowing up Eric and Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) relationship.
It won’t be worth it in Brooke’s eyes, but there’ll be no changing Eric’s mind.
Unfortunately, there’s far more at stake than just whether Ridge and Eric get along! Eric’s life is in jeopardy, so the show seems to be building to a disturbing fashion competition outcome.
Since Eric’s running himself ragged and intends to go against Dr. Colby’s warning, this could be building to a very public and catastrophic climax.
Eric might win the competition only to collapse and have to be rushed to the hospital.
No matter who emerges victorious, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Eric’s situation is becoming a Forrester nightmare that he can’t ignore for much longer.
