The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) may take his scheme to the next level. Victor is still messing with his children when it comes to his mental deterioration and making them question whether he’s really losing his marbles or not.

Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) remains deeply concerned for Victor, so he’s recruited Dr. Skelton (Stefan Marks) and is hoping to get his father the help he needs.

Even Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) are back to wondering what the truth is now that Victor’s setting more traps, but Victor might put his kids through the biggest test of all soon enough.

During the week of November 6-10, Victor will make a decision that leaves his family reeling.

Y&R fans can expect a truly stunning choice that Victor’s children are probably going to object to.

We also know that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will get some startling news, so Victor might make some updates when it comes to the top spot at Newman Enterprises.

Victor has repeatedly insisted Nate is the only one he can trust. That’s not true since Victor is secretly testing Nate as well, but Victor may make a bold move to “prove” Nate is the sole person he has faith in.

There’s been a lot of talk about how Nate will always be an outsider and will never land on the Newman throne, but what if Victor temporarily appoints him CEO?

Victor might argue that he can’t trust his own judgment right now and contend that needs Nate to run the show until he can be certain of things again.

While Victor’s awaiting test results that he doesn’t even need, he might push Nate to take the reins at Newman Enterprises.

That way, Victor can see how Nate responds and how his children react to that shocker, too.

There’s already tension between Adam and Nate due to the whole assistant situation, but this could really take it to the next level.

Adam might act like Nate’s taking advantage of Victor’s issues to satisfy his own desire for power.

Victoria would also have major problems with Nate getting promoted over her, so this could take a toll on their romantic relationship.

As for Nick, he doesn’t trust Nate at all, so he may rage over Victor’s decision and rant at Nate for accepting the temp CEO gig if he indeed does.

Will Victor shake things up in a big way by temporarily putting Nate on the Newman throne? Will Victor use that choice to test his children like never before?
