The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that things are about to get messy for Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Y&R fans know Kyle has decided to betray his family by partnering with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), but a twist could change the game.

During the October 30 episode, Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) will urge Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) to step down as the CEO of Jabot and let Kyle run the company with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).

There are pros and cons to that outcome, so Jack isn’t ready to commit to the plan just yet. The biggest problem is that Billy and Kyle don’t have a great track record when it comes to working together.

However, this would be a good way to give Kyle the job he wants without shoving Billy out of the picture.

Jack doesn’t want to do anything to put Billy’s mental health in jeopardy or destroy their bond, so he won’t have to if he retires and promotes Kyle.

Kyle and Billy can lead Jabot together, so Jack may eventually decide this is the best possible solution – at least if he wants to keep the peace with both his son and his brother.

Of course, this could certainly complicate Kyle’s new alliance since he’s teamed up with Tucker and Audra on a Jabot takeover scheme.

What happens if Jack hands Kyle his dream job in the middle of all this?

Audra might try to convince Kyle that there’s no guarantee it’ll last.

Perhaps Audra will suggest that Kyle should stick to the plan since he can’t trust Jack to leave him in power, especially if he’s clashing with Billy nonstop.

Nevertheless, Kyle may feel like Tucker is the truly untrustworthy one in this whole situation.

It could lead to Kyle trying to back out of the partnership and facing Tucker’s fury as a result.

Tucker might threaten to expose Kyle’s betrayal and knock him out of the chance to run Jabot alongside Billy.

You can bet that Jack would rescind the offer if he knew what Kyle has been up to lately!

In other words, Tucker may make it so Kyle’s only way forward is to stay on board with his scheme and run Jabot with Audra – at least if he wants to run Jabot at all!
