General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest things are about to get sticky in the land of Port Charles. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) now knows that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was behind tipping SEC about Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

While he’s decided to hold this over her head instead of telling his dad, in order to restore Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) happiness, he too has a dirty little secret he believes is well-buried. Could Sonny’s world get rocked if he finds out about his wife and son’s betrayal?

General Hospital Spoilers – Michael Corinthos Is Now Closer To His Dad Than Ever

GH spoilers hint Michael and Sonny’s relationship is finally where it should be; however, that wasn’t always the case. Mere months ago, Michael wanted to bring his mob boss dad down and hired Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) to get close to his organization in order to gather intel to take to the feds.

He had a change of heart, which is great, but that doesn’t mean that if Sonny didn’t find out the truth, he wouldn’t be upset.

GH Spoilers – How Could Both Truths Come Out?

When it comes to the Nina SEC secret, this could be revealed to Sonny in a number of ways. First off, Ava Jerome (Maura West) is in the know, so she can always tell her baby daddy the truth. Then again, as Michael is blackmailing Nina, so Sonny may overhear the two bantering back and forth

Carly, Dex, and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) know about Michael’s past quest to bring his dad down. There is no need to bring this up now, and it’s highly unlikely that they’ll tell Sonny about it; however, there’s still that USB lingering somewhere that could pop up at any time.

Fans are entering November Sweeps, so it’s highly possible that Corinthos learns about Michael and Nina, at the same time.

His world would be completely rocked, but what will he do when he finds out that the two closest to him have kept lies from him? He may spiral into a very dark place, especially with Dex in the middle of all this.
