General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is nothing if not contrary. A lover of rules, she breaks them whenever she sees fit for her own agenda, but holds others’ feet to the fire as it suits her, too.
Learning of Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) recent residence in the boathouse will be of no exception to her.
So when she finds those antibiotics in the boathouse, she will quickly do the math on Willow Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen) involvement.
Tracy may recognize the risk involved in turning Willow over to the authorities — or at least to the hospital or medical boards. But will that stop her? Has it ever?
General Hospital Spoilers — Willow Tait Is Guilty
The fact of the matter is: Willow is guilty. She did steal those antibiotics from the hospital pharmacy.
As a hospital board member, Tracy was to be notified, but she didn’t quite get the nitty gritty details that day after Damien Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) managed to make it look like the discrepancy was a computer error.
Still, we have to assume Tracy is going to learn just enough of this information to be able to piece together what happened when she finds the meds on her family grounds.
GH Spoilers – Suggest Tracy Quartermaine Could Do Some Damage
The last person in the Quartermaine family anyone should want as an enemy is Tracy. Poor Willow is likely to become collateral damage in Tracy’s long-standing pseudo-war with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
Hating Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and detesting Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) career of choice has always been enough for Tracy to question Michael and keep his feet to the fire.
Now, she could wreak havoc on his and Willow’s life merely by doing what she’s obligated to do as a hospital board member and Port Charles citizen — and turn Willow in.

Tracy is wise. She’s always thinking ten steps ahead about what she wants and how to reach her goals.
Often, that includes how she will manipulate other people. Will she decide not to report this information to the hospital, or the police, and instead use it as leverage she can hold over Michael’s head to take control of ELQ, and perhaps even Aurora Media?
