General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that there may be a new threat on the horizon when it comes to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen) marriage.

Willow and Michael finally made it past their bump in the road over the secrets they kept from each other, but now they’re keeping a big secret together – one that could result in criminal charges if it all goes wrong.

Once Willow realized Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was injured and hiding out at the Quartermaine boathouse, she didn’t hesitate to help him.

Jason became Willow’s patient – and she later reassured Michael when he questioned if she was really OK with all this.

It wasn’t what Willow would’ve chosen, but she decided to roll with it once she was involved.

However, it seems like Willow may be rethinking things now that John Cates (Adam Harrington) is turning up the heat on the investigation.

Willow’s mood totally changed on GH’s March 19 episode since she seemed rattled and agitated.

The fact that all this is putting Danny Morgan (Asher Jared Antonyzyn) at risk is a real problem for Willow, who might be thinking about the future and how her own kids could get sucked into mob-related drama.

Willow may not have stopped to consider the reality of marrying a mobster’s son, but she indeed tied herself to Michael – and that’s why she’s tangled up in this Jason mess.

Now Willow has to worry about facing charges along with Michael and fret over the effect that could have on their children.

Plus, who’s to say Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Siobhan) won’t grow up to get caught in similar situations?

At this point, Willow may be dealing with concerns about the life she’s signed up for and whether she truly wants that kind of life for her children.

If other dilemmas head Willow’s way that add to the danger, could Willow reevaluate things – just like Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) did after she saw Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) for who he really was?

It’d be easy for the show to use Michael’s connection to Jason and Sonny as an issue to blow up his marriage.

Willow and Michael could end up with a new reason to separate or even divorce depending on how far Willow gets pushed.

Will Willow have to make some updates to her perspective now that all this Jason turmoil is getting worse?

Could terrible news be brewing for Willow and Michael’s relationship?
