General Hospital Spoilers: Week of March 18 – Ava & Sonny Play with Fire, Jason’s Tangled Web and Carly’s Total Devotion

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of March 18-22 reveal that Ava Jerome (Maura West) will continue giving Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) a shoulder to lean on. Sonny will certainly take advantage of the support since he’s feeling betrayed from so many angles right now.

Although Ava told Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) that she’d help fix her marriage, she won’t be able to stop the chemistry that’s developing and the temptation that’s rising when it comes to Sonny.

Of course, Ava could be playing with fire in more ways than one if she’s got a hidden agenda.

We’ll see Ava come dangerously close to a kiss with Sonny, but does she have a secret motive for making herself the one person Sonny can rely on?

Regardless, Ava is at least risking her friendship with Nina by growing closer to Sonny – and he’s taking a gamble too since he may not be able to trust Ava after all.

Speaking of trust, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will prove she has plenty of it when it comes to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). GH spoilers say Carly’s devotion to Jason won’t waver – no matter what complications pop up and legal messes result.

As for Danny Morgan (Asher Jared Antonyzyn), he’s currently choosing to have faith in Jason and keep secrets from Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).

Once Sam discovers Danny has been covering for his dad, she may gain another reason to lash out at Jason when the time comes!

Naturally, everyone will be waiting to see when Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will wake up and whether he’ll remember what happened on the pier so that he can clear Jason’s name.

There’s still the matter of Jason’s rooftop mission with Hamish (Chris Gann), but it’s clear that some sort of undercover situation was going on.

Even so, it could take some work for Jason to clear all this up with law enforcement, Sonny, Sam and plenty of other Port Charles residents.

Next, we should talk about Heather Webber (Alley Mills) and what she’ll do now that she’s been banned from Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) forever.

Heather’s transfer to San Quentin is coming up as well, so will she take advantage of this last opportunity to escape and steal her grandson?

That may depend on Heather’s health issues, so we’ll bring you other predictions on what she’s dealing with and how it’ll affect her plans.
