General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, August 30, reveals that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will summon Selina Wu (Lydia Look) and put her through an interrogation. It sounds like Sonny will want to find out if Selina is trying to push him out of the Pikeman deal to score her own profits.
Selina will act like that’s not how she rolls, so she might argue that she prefers a more direct approach when going after what she wants. Perhaps Selina will suggest Sonny would know for sure if she were targeting him.
Even so, GH fans know Selina can’t be trusted! Sonny will certainly understand that as he offers a warning and thwarts Selina when it comes to any power plays.
Next, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will hope he can visit Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) at Ferncliff, but Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) will cause some hurdles.
Dr. Montague will do his best to keep the outside world away from Sasha, but Sasha will plead for Dr. Montague to be kept away from her instead!
Sasha will panic when she fears Dr. Montague is coming back, so she’ll resort to begging Nurse Janice (Lauren Swickard) as she tries to protect herself from more drugs.
Elsewhere, Dante will share some unfortunate updates on Sasha’s condition, so Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) may have even more reasons to worry about her.
Cody will stand by his choice to surrender power of attorney to Sam and let her have him committed.
However, there’ll be an important step to take first – and that’ll involve Cody pretending to be out of his mind in front of Dr. Brooks (Michael Bell), a psychiatrist who’s presumably on staff at GH.
Of course, Cody’s plan could be thrown off track if Sasha gets transferred to another facility like Dr. Montague hinted at during his latest conversation with Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs).
In Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) office, she’ll finally be convinced that Gladys is telling the truth about Sasha’s dire predicament.
Nina will offer up the $50,000 that Gladys needs to pay off Dr. Montague, but she’ll think it’s time for Sonny to hear all this news. Gladys won’t want to face Sonny’s wrath over her gambling debts and how Sasha’s been dragged into this, so she’ll bicker with Nina on that part.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) will reel over Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) announcing that she’s behind the lawsuit.
Although Tracy will suggest she’s more than happy to settle this without a court feud, Lucy will refuse to back down since The Deceptor is hers!
Alas, some shocking details will come out in court that leave Lucy worried she’s going to lose this lawsuit after all.
