Tuesday, August 29 – Sonny’s Scary Warning – Carly Spills News to Michael – Cyrus Gloats to Drew

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, August 29, reveal that Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) will barge in Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) office and demand a conversation. Since Gladys will insist it’s a matter of life and death, Nina will certainly be willing to hear her out.

Gladys will start by claiming that she needs help with Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) medical bills, but Nina will suspect something else is going on. Once Nina pushes for the truth, Glady will give her an edited version of it.

Although Gladys won’t reveal the full extent of her guilt in this whole situation with Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder), she’ll admit she has a gambling problem and has run into some trouble.

Gladys will explain that shady Dr. Montague is pressuring her to pay him $50,000 or else he won’t release Sasha from Ferncliff, where Sasha is obviously getting worse instead of better.

As Dr. Montague continues pumping Sasha full of drugs, Gladys will convince Nina to hand over some money and pay Dr. Montague off.

However, Nina will also want to tell Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) what’s going on, so Gladys will face a tough dilemma.

Things could end badly for Gladys if Sonny investigates and finds out she worked with Dr. Montague from the start.

Gladys was desperate to stay in control of Sasha’s finances, so that’s what started this whole mess. Since Gladys will want to avoid Sonny’s fury, she’ll do everything she can to make Nina keep all this under wraps.

Once Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) gets settled in at home, Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) will admit there’s some trouble at the club.

If Curtis can help Marshall resolve this crisis at The Savoy, maybe it’ll give him more confidence about getting back to a normal life.

At Pentonville, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) will gloat to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) about how he Sonny’s protection, too.

Now that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) has delivered a message to “Book” (Brad Schmidt) and warned him not to mess with Drew – even if he spends time with Mr. Renault – Cyrus will feel like that’s good news for him as well.

Over with Sonny, he’ll meet with Brick (Stephen A. Smith) and do some strategizing.

Brick will bring up the possibility that someone wants to get rid of Sonny and get the money – presumably from his lucrative Pikeman deal – themselves.

As they wrap up their meeting, Sonny will advise Brick to stay as far away from Port Charles as he can since danger could be brewing.

At Kelly’s, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will tell Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) that she’s come up with a way to get Drew out of Pentonville, so she’ll explain how she recruited Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) to work her magic.

Next on Tuesday’s GH episode, Jackson Montgomery (Walt Willey) will return for some courtroom curveballs since he’ll be part of the lawsuit against Deception.

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will cause quite an uproar when she reveals her involvement, so Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) will be thrown for a loop.
