General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease a mystery person will arrive in Port Charles sometime around Christmastime. Might Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) be back just in time to deprogram Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez)?

General Hospital Spoilers – It’s Obvious Charlotte Cassadine’s Been Brainwashed

Tarot cards combined with post-hypnotic suggestions are what Peter August (Wes Ramsey) used to control Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

Even though Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) couldn’t get Peter to cooperate with him and give him the cards and the triggers, he could have learned to use them this way afterwards.

Thus, the programming happened while Victor had Charlotte in the French boarding school, where Valentin Cassadine, (James Patrick Stuart) and Laura and Kevin Collins (Genie Francis, Jon Lindstrom) rescued her later.

Victor must have set for the implanted post-hypnotic suggestions to trigger in case of his death, to ensure his revenge on Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) was also programmed to be triggered-by the clicking of a pen; it took a long time for his programming to be cured.

GH Spoilers – Andre Maddox Undid The Memory Transfer

Andre undid the memory transfer of Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) memories prior to his memory transfer with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) that were transferred to Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth).

If anyone can deprogram Charlotte, Andre could and his help is very much needed-Anna and Andre go back a long time.

Charlotte has been deceived and brainwashed, she doesn’t even remember when Anna was so good to her when she was a little girl and even saved her life at least once.

Charlotte doesn’t remember any of that-she only remembers what Victor wrote in that letter, which must have contained the programming to be triggered by one of the tarot cards!

General Hospital Spoilers – Perhaps Charlotte Cassadine Won’t Have To Go In A WSB Deprogramming Center

If Andre is able to deprogram Charlotte, then perhaps she won’t have to go in a WSB deprogramming center like Dante did. Ironically, it had been Valentin who noticed Dante was triggering to the click of a pen and Anna who got him into the deprogramming center.

Of course, that was before anyone knew that Victor was alive, he and Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) were hiding out in Europe at that time.

But if Anna can get Andre to help Charlotte and get her deprogrammed perhaps there’s a chance for her and Valentin to work things out.

As long as Charlotte hates and fears her, and Valentin and Anna can’t get their own distrust issues worked out, then unfortunately they’ll stay split up.
